DO NOT go to this place!! They manager there is rude and makes you feel like you are bother. He talks to people with no respect , who does that when they are in a professional position???SMH I went in for an emission test and ended up leaving without one, I will go elsewhere! I’m posting this review to let others know how my experience was and to let the owners know what type of employee they have working there! Update: I had someone reach out to me to resolve this issue.Thank you, I appreciate it! Happy customer here:)

I just came from Wisconsin Muffler in New Berlin. I came to get admission test the manager was very rude and didn't want to do it kept rolling his eyes and and rude I feel I was discriminated against because I am a woman and I am Hispanic. When I told him please don't talk to me like that he told me I could leave and would not give me service:-(

Got an emission test no wait didn't have to make an appt. Actually I would get my car repaired there seems very honest

Their customer service has totally gone downhill since Gene left. There's always some excuse that they can't look at your car. They offer emissions testing but they're never able to do it because they say they're too busy. Horrible!

Tried to come in twice for a quote…. Stood at counter for 5 minutes each time with no employees assistance. If you can’t take quote’s you cant do work to get paid!! I’ll trust my car elsewhere!!!

I want to recognize Wade who got me in kindly and promptly. I took my car in on a Friday evening and he was able to take a look at it Saturday morning and finish the job. Superb service on all fronts. They just gained a new customer!

I went in to have a set of tires I got on tire rack installed. I usually do this whenever I get tires. The assistant manager made me an appointment for 3 PM. I got there at 10 to 3 and was told we don’t take appointments. It was over an hour and a half to get the tires installed. Then they dropped the bill on me it was over $120 for the service. $25 a tire plus an environmental fee and tax. As I said I always get my tires online and then have a shop install them. The last time I did this it was in Colorado and it cost me a whopping $60. I don’t understand why New Berlin is twice the price plus. I could’ve done a cheaper at a dealership

We recently had to have one of our cars towed to this facility on a Sunday. They promptly called me to get my info and then had the diagnoses quickly, bad new it was the fuel pump. car was fixed quickly and at a far price. Unfortunately the check engine light then came on a couple days later. I returned the car they found the pump did not seal correctly, fixed this quickly and at no charge of course. This is not the first time they have worked on cars for us, (when I do not have the time or maybe the tools) they have always been far priced and get the job done in a timely fashion. Even though I had a return trip I still would give them 4.9 but cannot do that so they get a 5 (4 would be way to low). I highly recommend them for all your service needs. Thanks guys!
