Awesome place in and out in less then 5 minutes for emissions test!

Went for an emissions test and plate renewal on my backup truck. I left the keys in my truck for the guys. Was told to go get them..(not sure why) but I did. Guy did the emissions, took my card, gave me the stickers, etc, and said “against my better judgement I have to give you your sticker” I was kinda chuckling (yes it’s a 2001 with some rust) and he says again “you laugh, but you better have some stuff fixed before you kill someone”…I was blown away. I couldn’t even think of anything to say to that..The truck wasn’t put on a hoist, it wasn’t inspected, he didn’t crawl under it, or open the hood, and most importantly he didn’t drive it further than 20 feet. How can that be said? The check engine light? It’s oxygen sensor codes. The abs light? Speed sensor wire. Everything safety wise has been done. Front end work, brake lines, fuel lines, all ball joints, & wheel bearings, new tires, transmission & transfer case, all replaced. Everything with GM AC Delco parts even. I asked for the required state test. It’s emission exempt, but in order to plate it, they require I run through the system and retrieve my waiver. (3/4 ton truck) What can be found driving a vehicle 20 feet? Without looking at anything? Wouldn’t recommend. Hate to write this, but I’m going to anyway, customer beware. Lacks proper inspection skills. Service: Auto emissions testing

They have turned me away twice on emissions testing. They offer the service but refuse to do the service. I would not recommend this place.

Absolutely disrespectful owner. He answered the phone and told me how I can’t come to get my oil changed there because they’re losing money because of it. Then told me how if I did come he was going to charge me more to only get my oil done even though there is a set price for only oil change services. To me, that’s illegal to charge one price, then under the counter charge me nearly 2x that amount. I would have thought better if a family owned business not doing shady things like this. But times have changed I guess. Don’t go here it’s a waste of your time and most importantly, money. Service: Oil change

Where to start?!! They replaced things that weren't necessary many times and wouldn't warranty anything. The parts they were replaced with were from salvage yards, they were not used. They lied time after time. Dishonest work and takes advantage of women. Women- beware. Better late than never for me. After finding out and confronting them all about the unethical business practices and parts and warranty, I never looked back. Would never recommend to anyone but especially a female. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Battery, Brakes, Oil change, Air conditioning, A/C installation & repair, Electrical repair, Wheel alignment, Engine repair

They are awesome at oil changes. However, I asked if they could replace my rear wiper blade that I was told would take a few minutes. I couldn^t do it though. They wanted to charge me $10.00. I brought the new blade. This was my 4th time back just didn't feel very appreciated. Bad customer service. Service: General repairs & maintenance
