Sears Hometown Store

Order appliances from hometown store in Chippewa Falls. Fridge was scratched in numerous areas and ice maker did not dispense ice. Called the store and spoke with the "owner". He was completely condescending and rude. He found it "hard to believe" regarding any of the issues including the fridge being delivered in a completely different box and appeared to be used. He promised a full refund but didn't actually stick to his word. Salesman in store was nice and respectful but manager and owner are awful. Will never recommend that business to anyone, what a disgrace. Would give zero stars like it deserves, but not an option. ~Lindsay
