I would give no stars if possible because they don't deserve it. Thank store literally opens and closes whenever they like. They will close at 4pm on a weekday and open at 12pm on the weekend. It's sad this is how cvs does in it's black community when I know they aren't like this in the more white areas even tho we spend the same money. It's very sad seeing elderly try in go in to just be turned around by a locked door because of wrong hours or whatever the reason

Great place to get your prescriptions and great place to make a little grocery in its unique place I love the people in there and when you walk through the door is so friendly and they speak to you and then it makes me feel good to be respected and spoken to I love that about all the CVS's that are good and customer service is just great if you need prescriptions good prescription go to CVS that's the best place to go I love you CVS

This the wrost pharmacy ever!! Meds never ready, and always have to come back for something. And the workers are sometimes rude at the drive thru. And the drive thru window is often close and you have to go in regardless of how your feeling or your medical condition.

This CVS (Plank rd and Choctaw) pharmacy is the worst I've ever experience. My meds are usually aren't filled when they supposed to be ready...so I have to make another trip to the store. They need to hire more employees for the pharmacy because the wait is unreal then when you finally get waited on all the meds have not been filled. When calling on the phone to see if medication is finally ready no one answers the phone or I hold for 25 minutes before someone finally answers...now who have time to hold on the phone that long? Today I just waited 30 minutes before someone answered the phone and of course all my meds was not ready (which the were supposed to be ready on the passed Wednesday) here it is 3 days later and they still haven't completed the order fully. I can't deal with this CVS I'm switching pharmacies!
