Just went through Drive thru and of course since it's raining heavily & lightening, they were only taking cash. Had to drive to Racetrac across the street to get cash, then when I got my order, the fries taste like pure salt. I couldn't even taste the fries, they were so salty. I got home and had to take each fry and dust them off in order for my 4yo to be able to eat them. I threw mine away. I tried calling to let them know to lay off the salt, but in calling 3 times, nobody would answer and no, they weren't busy. There was zero cars in the drive thru when I left. Never going back to this place.

Came through drive thru about 10:45 had coupon for 2 whopper jr's and 2 fries told them only mustard onion pickle and tomato I repeated it when I got to window I repeated how was supposed to be girl at drive thru said yes get to destination in baton rouge both burgers wrong one had lettuce ketchup mayo other burger had ketchup and pickles only so no one gets to eat tried to call said were not taking calls couldn't leave message because mail box was full Will not be returning to this location sign should say have it our way not yours

They say they open until 2am but im here at 1:24am and there is 2 people in the lobby and nobody getting my order so they should say it clothes at 1am then 😵💫😒

Went to the bk at hwy 16 and lockhart rd.my son says mom cash only .so I had cash but ya can use debit at drive thru but not in lobby.DAH!!my daughter said no debit ,manager was waving her hand in a motion ,hand under chin,back and forth.no ,nothing.i placed my order and that was second time I had no cheese,no lettuce ,was cold ate in before ,was cold buns ,told me she watched them make it,was hot.ya dont act like that with customers.i told manage quit going on.enough. had salt on no salt poor management,lack of courtesy

Roughly around noon...made the mistake of stopping at the Juban location. Large sign saying dining room open...people inside dining. Tried to go inside, but all doors were locked. Staff closed the dining room! No explanation. Plenty of staff milling around, so not a staff shortage. Beyond lazy employees.

I placed a order at drive thru window at the location on Juban around 2:31pm on 5/22/22. The women who took my order was extremely rude. The manager did not address the worker when I asked to cancel the order because I did not like her tone and she closed the drive thru window in my face. She did not apology for her tone and I was polite to her throughout the conversation. They have a sign on the door that says “Sorry Dining Room is Currently Closed Due To Staffing.” This sign has been on the door for a couple of days. This location is ran extremely poor and I would not advise anyone to eat from this location. I have had issues in the past where my food was extremely old and the worker had an attitude when I brought it back.

3 in the afternoon on a Saturday and doors locked. Drive thru backed up. 4 of us in line backed out and left. Went to Burgersmith across the street. Got burgers and homemade fries. Drove past BK on our way out and the poor soul that remained in the drive thru after we all left was still sitting there. Omg! I have never.

The WORST!!! Waited in drive thru for 45 minutes to be told they was about to close (which was at 6) remind you they had 20 cars after me getting served. I reached out to the store owner (chase) to be told he will look into it and hung up. The workers and managers thought it was funny they locked their doors remind you I was just waiting in line. I drove out then they come to the windows and continue to serve others. Please do not go to this Burger King.
