My tacos weren't made right, made with nothing in them, the manager remade the order after I asked, gave me a few extra for the hassle and also gave me some coupons for some free tacos. Usually the food is spot on and today she fixed it, thank you manager who worked lunch today on 12/3/22

Time info on google is incorrect. Got off work about 9:50p.m. Got to the store at 10:02 pm and doors were locked and everyone was cleaning up. No one even came to the door to tell me anything. At least put up a new sign saying dining room closed but drive-thru is open would be nice.

They constantly either leave out part of your order or blatantly ignore what you ask for and give you something else. I can't tell you how many times I've ordered the vegetarian version of their food and I get home and there's meat all in it. I have to park and check before I leave the premises every single time. It's absolutely ridiculous. Vegetarian options: Don't have a whole lot of vegetarian options but what they do have you need to double check before you leave the parking lot because half the time they put meat in it because they don't listen.

I have been coming here a few times a week for the last year or so. Service used to be great, but recently it has gone downhill. In the past few weeks I've received burritos and tacos missing main ingredients and/products sauce. The last time I went (today) they completely forgot the taco that came with my combo meal. Go to the one on Florida or the one in Walker of you want what you ordered correctly.

Thank You Dana and Nick for a great drive thru experience. The food was fresh, the Dew was spot on and it was served with a smile. Will be stopping by again next time I'm in the area.

I couldn’t find Taco Bell on Juban I called my daughter to ask her where did Taco Bell go. Lol. It hadn’t moved - it’s on the opposite corner than Urban Daiquiri’s. I always think it’s beside Burger King. I went on a Sunday evening. I went through the Drive Thru.There were a few cars ahead of me the line went fast. The young man at the window was so polite. My order was correct.

Not a great experience in the slightest. First off all I hate those touch screens that only serve to eliminate human interaction, but I was forced to use one. Or pretty much you don't get food. They were out of Mexican pizza so I had to get some other food. Secondly, it's like everyone is on their phones jabber jawing about Facebook or tiktok. Thirdly I finally managed to order nachos bell grande and 2 Identical burritos. Only to get home and find that one was chicken and the other was beef. Had none of the sauces I had requested in the bags. I guess I'm lucky I wasn't out getting food for the whole family that night. No telling how much worse it could have gotten by meal 5. I'll skip this in future. Personally.

I really liked the option to customize and order dine in items as well. We saw a vegetarian menu and ordered several vegetarian items like different varieties of chalupas and all tasted good. We really enjoyed the food here

Everyone was very nice. The food was great. Only problem was they forgot our nachos and we didn’t realize it until we got home. But, things happen. Overall great service.
