The least Walmart feeling Walmart. Very pleasant place to get groceries. And they have better varieties than the supercenter I think.

Edit: Adding to my first bad review that I made 7 months ago because I’m now waiting on my grocery order. I AM A WALMART PLUS PAYING CUSTOMER and I created my grocery order at SIX AM. It is now SIX THIRTY PM and I am sitting in my car waiting and can’t even check in because it says my order is delayed without any information for how long it will be delayed. I work in Kenner right by the Walmart but I live in Luling which is a 30MIN drive away. I can not go home and wait for my groceries when I have no idea how long the wait will be. There should be some sort of notice of how long these delays will be. Why am I paying for Walmart plus to do this!?? What type of sense does that make???? I can’t check in on the app to notify them that I am here either!!! Original Review: It is 6:30PM. I am sitting in the parking lot because my husband needed to walk in and get a money order for us. He walked up to the Customer Service center to ask for help and the girl standing there said, “We closed.” He said, “Doesn’t this close at 8pm?” She said, “Yeah, but we don’t have anyone to do it right now so we can’t do it.” While she is standing there not doing anything!!!!!!!!! The laziness of this area is really astounding. When I’m at work, I do my job whether I feel like it or not. Walmart: do y’all need a new manager? I will manage this place for you if need be because if that is how you treat paying Customers, you need a SERIOUS realignment!

The store itself and the employees were great, the self-check out not so much. I personally hate it.

I and many others do not like self checkout. I am practically crippled and hard for me to do. Too much work. Time to shop elsewhere.

Usually it is very quick and not packed. Today (Monday) there are lines to the back of the store. Not sure if this is due to employee shortage or malfunction with the check out lanes. No system set up to accommodate this situation either.

Clean parking, fast pickup, sanitized, nice workers, always available to help,online grocery manager so helpful when items were missed. Ms. Shannon went above and beyond to help fix the problem

I was there and a worker was very rude 😒she should be trained to be a better worker is not like I was there begging for food she on her poor customer service poor 😢

Walmart and other businesses that have 2 cashiers and 8 self service checkouts should give 10% off of merchandise purchased through the self service lanes. Prices are getting higher , they're saving a ton of money with less cashiers and not only are we paying for that, we also have to work as a cashier and bagger for our own purchases. Its gotten bad everywhere.

I was little surprised and frastrated this time when I saw the unorganized dirty and careless Walmart store. This was not the expectation as a customer. The store was uncleaned, markedly unorganized, had insufficient lights, and insufficient inventories. No helping hand was found when I need to find out an item. The empty boxes were left unattended in the rows. In the checkout the cashiers were careless to the customers and talking themselves with big laugh. This is unacceptable and inhuman.
