Ordered a custom cake on Tuesday for pickup Saturday at 11. Got there at 11:30 and they had nothing prepared. My order was filed under a different date. Tiffany decorated my cake super quick and it was beautiful and perfect and exactly what I wanted for my son's 11th Birthday. Makayla was the manager on duty and she assisted with making a horrible experience so much better. Because of Tiffany and Makayla I will continue ordering my event cakes from Ocean Springs Walmart Bakery. Without them and their quick thinking and honesty I would have taken my future business elsewhere. When they told me they couldn't find my order I was tempted to walk out to my son's birthday party without a cake but because of those two women I will come back. Thank You Tiffany and Makayla in the bakery department. You ladies rock and saved the day!!! You have no idea how much I appreciate your efforts today.

Do all my shopping here just wish they were open later. Plus don't go on Sundays because you will not get any kind of meat. I love Walmart but I may have to buy food elsewhere

Cheryl was very nice and helpful. I called and she went the extra mile by finding an out of season swim suit and held it at the fitting rooms till I could drive there from a hotel in Biloxi. She is an asset to your business.

This has been my third visit to your deli in Ocean Springs Supercenter and it never improves. I am the only one there and no one comes out from the back to assist me. When they do, they proceed to do their work and when ready, will ask if I need something. Today, the young lady waited on two gentlemen for rotisserie chicken and then walked in the back and left me there. She came back out and started frying chicken. When I asked if she could assist, she didn't want to and asked another woman to help me. This happens every visit. I get the impression they don't like what they do or customer assistance. I have better luck at other Walmarts. Just not friendly here.

Had almost everything I needed today. Not too busy. Some items were not available like vegatables in small cans. Some brand items I use seem to be no longer carried. They are also becoming too automated.

Management needs to do a time study of the online pickup. Took 55 minutes to pickup $70 of groceries. Would have been quicker just shopping in the store. - Tried calling after 30 minutes. Nobody picked up.

I have been to this location many times and had good experiences and multiple times. The staff always seems friendly and willing to help. Like most walmarts they have a wide variety of just about everything you can think of. This one in particular seems to be a very well stocked. Overall a good experience here.

We have been sitting in the parking lot of this Walmart for an entire 2 hours waiting on grocery pickup. It’s chaos and cars are leaving without their orders. NEVER do grocery pick up here. Four cars have left already. —— except for the cool chick with the nose ring and the cool pants. The only hard working person I saw. The only FRIENDLY associate I came into contact with. She needs a raise.

I was having problems with my apps on my phone. I bought the phone at Walmart a while back and decided to take it there to see if someone could help me with it. Mark in electronics was so nice and was very professional. Got it fixed and in between fixing mine was helping other customers. This young man is definitely an asset to your company
