I bought 2 pair of HOKAs from this store and the service was amazing. I called today with a question about the exchange policy. The Manager told me that the exchange policy was at the door 30 days with a receipt and the box. She swear that she told us the day we bought the shoes. I told her that she never told us that and she hang up the phone. I have several HOKAs that I bought in this store, but this is the last time. (Thanks to Tony the Owner this unfortunate inconvenience was resolved. Tony great person to deal with)

If you shop at House of Sole you won't regret it. The owner (Tony) has always been very helpful and makes you feel like a very valuable customer. As a postal worker I have purchased many different types of shoes that never seemed to last very long. Once I started shopping at House of Sole I have never shopped anywhere else. After having foot surgery, I was looking for a good, comfortable support work shoe in solid black. I can’t say enough about the patience and knowledge of Tony and I’m so sorry but I forgot the lady’s name that actually fitted me the Brooks Adrenaline shoe. They helped me get the best pair of work shoes I’ve ever had in my 22 years of needing solid black shoes for work. Thank you thank you THANK YOU!
