Seems like they prefer to just steal my Amazon returns, rather than actually return them to Amazon. Twice now Amazon says they never got the return.

I came in last week to ship a couple of packages. As expected, there was a line out the door. When I finally got in, I just saw an older guy, I guess the owner, at the counter. He had to go get a younger guy to come up to the counter to help out. This guy was very clearly on something, or at least very out of it. His eyes were glossed over and he looked very confused. He kept messing up my addresses until eventually the older guy had to take over for him. I don’t know what was going on with this guy, but it’s impacting this business.

I love this UPS store! The employees are so friendly and helpful. This is my go to store for shipping because it is cheap and fast. This store is so efficient and awesome. If you get the afternoon manager (the man in the blue shirt) he is great! He really keeps the other employees in check and runs the store smoothly.

First of all—CHARLES!! My man!! This guy exemplified what it means to be in the customer service industry. We were traveling from out of town and needed to ship 2 large boxes before we left—it never occurred to us that UPS stores would be closing early! This store was the only one open until 3. It gets better—I called Charles (the manager working at the time) and explained to him that we were 15 min away and they were 5 minutes from closing and asked if he’d stay late. He said “I never do this but I really knew it’d help you out and you had a good story.” Bottom line—he was there to serve even after he was off the clock. We all should be so lucky as to employ or work with or be served by a Charles. I recommend this location especially for him. Thanks!

I wish I could give zero stars! This is my first ever review. I was so upset I called UPS Corporate office to complain. I brought in two articles of clothing to be returned to Amazon with a code (granting me the ability to have UPS pack and ship). The man working there, told me his boss refuses to honor Amazon's commitment to package items as it "doesn't make him any money". He proceeded to wrap my clothing in tape and slap the label on the tape. Now my returned clothing is being sent out into the world open and free to get ruined. I'll be calling the Better Buisness Bureau next. I hope this store gets shut down, or they find a manager to honors UPS affiliates.

I have been doing business with this location for over 10 years. I have a box there, and I do all of my shipping through them. The employees are very friendly and helpful, and James, the manager and owner, has never failed to get personally involved to make sure service is top-notch. I highly recommend them!

I use the location frequently but only for simple dropoffs. I'm actually relieved when the manager is not on duty because he is an exceptionally rude individual. He is impatient, combative and generally insulting even if you're simply dropping off a package that requires nothing but an acceptance confirmation. Stay away from this store if you can.
