The worst service ever they are slow and need help. If I could they would have no stars. They need to help one person at a time not make ppl wait because they walk away from the window and start dealing with someone else instead of finishing with the one customer first. Drive thru is supposed to be faster than the inside.

Store is kind of expensive for having a Walmart not 2 mins away. The shelves were very empty as well which was kind of disappointing.

I made an appointment for the booster this morning. Scheduled around the CONFIRMED vi email appointment time only to be told “we don’t have any available” HOW in this day and age are you able to make appointments, confirm appointments and are told upon arrival that there aren’t any available. Disappointed.

Called to get a refill on a three pack of Dexcom g6 sensors. Was told 90 minutes (1 1/2 hours). Arrived 3 1/2 hours later to be told they weren’t ready. This particular rx is as simple as scanning them out of the system. No counting to high numbers or mixing of chemicals. Ridiculous doesn’t even describe what was going through my mind when I was told I would have to wait a little longer for them. This location isn’t up to any reasonable standards. The location in New Iberia didn’t have them ready last time picked up either, but had them ready within 5 minutes because it was such a simple task….the Morgan City location acted like it was a major inconvenience of my presence

Idk how but they were getting my medicine ready and said it would be ready in a couple hours. I go to pick it up and they have no idea what I’m talking about. Said they never had an order for me and is looking at me like I’m crazy. Now they’re requesting a new script from the doctor. And this isn’t the only thing they’ve done. Over this place.

This is the second time I have had to wait for so long in the drive thru line. I even came 40 minutes early for my appt because I knew this would happen. There is no reason it should take an hour with only 5 cars in front of me to be able to get to the window to take a test. They need to have more people working the pharmacy or people more efficient at their job. I arrived at 10:20 for an 11:00 appt and I still have 2 cars in front of me and it is 11:18 am. Meanwhile I am pregnant trying not to get sick while my child is in the backseat screaming for an hour. Ridiculous.

Pharmacy terrible, called in advance at 11:00, was told meds would be ready by 2:30. Arrived at 2:40 was told not filled yet, be about twenty minutes. Blamed on computer, told them that was bull.... unacceptable, got meds in 5 minutes, they wanted to get rid of me. Didn't appreciate me talking to other customers.

I dropped off my prescription inside the store because I had to pick up a few household items. The employee at the front desk informed me that it would be about 35 minutes of a wait. I decided to browse within the store for about 35 minutes. I went to check on the status of my prescription and the employee assured me that it was about to be filled soon and should be completed within the next few minutes. Next few minutes ended up being a total wait of over 1 hour and 20 minutes. I would appreciate it if the staff would be more considerate of other people's time and be honest. I would not have a problem with dropping off my prescription and returning if I knew the wait was going to be over an hour and twenty minutes. I am never setting foot inside another Walgreen's again.
