The salesperson was good until I tired to switch my mattress out like all the signs and advertising say. When I called he said I'm supposed to have a certain mattress cover I paid over 3000 so that should have been Expressed to me now it's nothing he can do and I'm out of 3000 do not go to this store with false advertising and information

Great experience. Paul shared his knowledge in a casual way that made it comfortable shopping here. He was helpful and very thorough. Never pushy. He seemed to truly want me to be happy with my bed. I highly recommend this store. The store was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere. Paul was great and I left very happy with my purchase.

Beware and don't buy any mattresses from this place. As the new manager Paul is very unprofessional in dealing with the customers. He specifically stated that he gave me the best price on mattresses only to find out that the delivery did not include them bringing the product in the house and that I myself would have to pick up the mattresses from off the street. This is so ridiculous as I've been a customer at this location since 2015 The old manager Gary was an awesome person?!!

The Twin-XL Tempur-Pro Medium mattresses are uneven. There is almost a 3inch difference between the mattresses which makes them unsightly as well as uncomfortable!

I had an amazing experience with Claire at the Mattress Direct on Carrollton. Being a computer nerd, the Bed Match technology Was super helpful in picking out the mattress that I so desperately needed. My new Black Beauty Rest Hybrid has been delivered and set up. No exaggeration, I slept 11 hours straight with the adjustable base in zero gravity mode. Work up to no pain in my hip and refreshed!!! This is huge for a person who sleeps in 2 to 3 hour increments. I do believe that this was the best investment for health that I could make.
