Individual code dependent gated entry provides some security and provides a record of who's on site at any given time. That said, do not ever forget anything you put on the ground outside of your personal unit as you were loading your vehicle. I forgot a bucket with $60 worth of items that vanished in the 1 hour it took to realize I didn't have it with me. This is Southern Louisiana where everything is anyone's property if it's not screwed or nailed down. Even then, they will cut the screws or nails and just take it because, as they say around here, this is a Christian Nation. LOL Jesus H Christ these people. SMH

Following Hurricane Laura, I was so grateful to find storage for what I could salvage from my home in Lake Charles. I couldn’t have hoped for better customer service than what I received from James! His personal care and compassion made driving to Scott worth every mile just to know that someone was willing to make a terrible situation easier. I increased the size of my unit, paid online, showed up late, and had a welcome package waiting with a lock! I am so thankful that after Delta hit us ( again) My belongings are still safe and dry on W.Willow in Scott, La at Life Storage
