My truck battery died at lunch after work I was able to use jumper cables to get it started and drove to O'Reilly and they were able to confirm that my battery wasn't good and asked which battery I wanted and asked my vehicle year make and model and had the battery waiting for me when I came in with the old one. Great customer service much appreciated!!

Use to be a good place for quality parts Purchased new water pump a year ago already went out leaking they won’t replace it said I returned it last Also purchase an AC compressor it went out in six months and they wouldn’t replace it May. Since the manager Jason left the store it has going downhill I hope corporate O’Reillys notice this

I went to OReilly Auto Parts to purchase front and back brake pads. Christopher was very helpful and courteous. The other gentleman I think his name was Julius was so nice to talk with. They didn't have the ceramic brake pads. He called another O'Reilly a few miles away that had them in stock. I paid for the ceramic brake pads with Christopher and picked up the ceramic brakes at the other store. Both gentlemen there were very courteous and helpful too so sorry I cannot remember their names but, I will recognize their faces !! I will be a loyal OReilly customer !!

Corey helped me. I went in to buy trailer shocks. Went to 4 other places for help and Corey took his time to find what may work and ordered those products and allowed me to choose which product would work for my custom situation. He took the initiative himself to locate the product in the system. In this situation, I really needed someone to help me in this way because my circumstance was not extremely common. Corey helped a lot. It’s customer service like this that I enjoy and you do not see this sort of service anymore these days. Thanks, Corey.

Excellent service, one of the workers helped explain the problem with our coolant and how it would effect the transmission,and even showed us how to change it. Would definitely go back to this location!
