The first time they failed was when they Called back on a Saturday and said they couldn't pickup and deliver my vehicle until Monday. Waited all day Monday for the pick up and delivery of my vehicle. They never showed or called. When I called the next day they said they couldn't do it for 3 more days. So I called Silvers in Bangor instead. Rowe's unprofessional and lazy. They do not hold up to their AAA responsibilities.

I was stuck on the side of a busy road with a dead car. Rowe's was the ONLY place that would agree to tow my car to the dealership in Bangor. The driver arrived earlier than estimated, was friendly and helpful and sympathetic to my situation. I really appreciate the help! Great job!

They are not very reliable as a AAA garage. We were broke down and needed a tow truck on a Sunday aftetnoon, AAA called them as they were the closest to us and they refused our call and we were stranded until 10:00 at night before another provider could get to us.

they towed my 2010 dakota along with myself, and replaced the failed water pump in two hours time. I had no one for backup, and appreciate what Rowe's did.

Great service and fixed my problem. $65 per hour with their parts or $80 with your own parts. Remember, their price is still better than a dealer's price.
