Couldnt get what we wanted. Came at 8:30pm . Oven turned off and no frappuccinos because the machine is cleaned already. The only Starbucks still open around here past 8pm.but no point if full service advertised cannot be given

The Starbucks inside of Harris Teeter on Boston St in Baltimore Maryland does not follow the safety procedures and precautions for CO-VID19 with deliveries. I ordered a Caramel Macchiato from Door Dash that was coming from this Starbucks in particular. When I received it there wasn’t nothing sealing the drink in any way. It wasn’t in a bag, cup holder or even a stopper that you put in the hole of the drink. It was handed to me just as if I picked it up myself from Starbucks. I called the store and spoke with Greg the Co-Manager and I was told by him that he was gonna coach the people on this matter. This is unacceptable and unprofessional for an essential company to be. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STARBUCKS COMPANY.

Great customer service. It's Starbucks not Dunkin Donuts, if you want cheap coffee go there instead. It's a busy store and as long as they get your order correct you should be happy.

I had ordered a cup of frabuchino and when it was ready, I realized that I had forgotten to ask for two extra pumps of coffee, so I told the barista(Jenn) that. She just smiled and happily made me another one with the extra coffee. Great service!

I cannot..CANNOT stand by most of the stuff Starbucks stands for politically. In fact I disagree with every single thing they stand for. Theyve got a great product tho...smh and I wish they didnt bcuz if I could find one as good or better--id leave Starbucks and never return. Their coffee is the best I have found tho...n ive looked.😧💔
