A technician came to diagnose what caused our microwave/convection oven to spark. The technician said he needed to order a part, charged us nearly $100, and said it would be applied toward the repair once the part comes in, with an estimate of 7 to 10 days. That was in early June and it's now August. Since mid-June, my husband and I have each called several times, left voicemails, etc. to find out the status. We have not received any response. BEWARE! Services: Stove, cooktop & oven repair, Microwave repair

Mohammed did a great job fixing a leak in our washing machine! It was leaking from the dispenser tray into the drum. Mohammed was at my house within an hour of my initial call to him and diagnosed the problem right away. He had to order the part in that needed to be fixed, and he told me what to expect with my washer until the part was in (such as: I could still use it but keep an eye on it if I did, and the drip shouldn't get worse). It only took two days to get the part, and he came after hours to fix it, which we really appreciated as a home with two messy kids! He did a great job explaining to both me and my husband what happened and giving us tips for the future, and he was professional and very kind. We will definitely keep Mohammed's number on hand in case we need help with appliances again! Service: Washing machine repair

I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day and I liked the fact that we were called 30 minutes in advance of the appointment time. Mohammed was very professional and knows what he is doing. In fact, he told me on the phone what he thought the issue was with my oven. He is personable, very friendly, honest and trustworthy. Great service. He arrived at time he said he would be here, quickly disassembled dryer, diagnosed problem, explained it to me and told me the total cost-which was very reasonable. After I accepted the price he quickly replaced the part that was worn out, reassembled the dryer, cleaned up the laundry room and adjacent space. Dryer is good to go. He is very easy to talk to and very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. I plan on having him back for some other appliance issues and highly recommend him to everyone.
