I am remodeling my kitchen, so I went in to see what quartz countertop selections Lowe's had. I walked around looking, getting sample cabinet doors and matching them up to countertop samples etc. There are two kitchen design employees sitting at their desks and neither of them ever asked me if I needed any assistance. With that horrible customer service, Lowe's won't have to worry about getting my thousands of dollars. I'll take my business elsewhere. The only reason they're getting one star is because it's the lowest rating I can give. They don't even deserve that.

Beware that if you purchase from lowes using instacart, they do NOT honor the reciepts. Also after being treated very rude by customer service worker, we went found item to exchange, came back to counter where JOE supposed manager allowed rude employee to stare us down. Then JOE also did NOT want to honor the prices they have items on shelves marked for. Over charging for items and refusing to acknowledge the posted prices... completely illegal.... WAT TO GO JOE AND YOUR NASTY EMPLOYEE

Ordered a refrigerator from Lowes in Clinton MD. It was scheduled to be delivered on Tues, Aug 9th (3 weeks after ordering the fridge). We made the delivery later so Lowes would have the time they need to deliver the fridge on time. Aug 9th, we empty the fridge into coolers expecting our delivery. We get an email mid day stating the fridge has a new delivery date Friday, Aug 12th. But this time, the delivery isn't a 4 hr window, it's a 12 hr window! We had to cancel most of our plans on Friday to make sure we were around for the whole 12 hrs! Friday rolls around and Lowes sends our another email, now it's delivery date is Tues, Aug 16th (12 hr window). We call Lowes, they say they'll issue a 10% refund back after the delivery of the product. Monday rolls around, and the delivery date is moved to Saturday, Aug 20th for another 12 hr window. We call Lowes as we have plans that weekend. Lowes says they will not honor the 10% refund anymore, as they changed their minds, and stated they can give us a coupon on our next big purchase from Lowes (like we are ever ordering from them again!). Calling the Clinton MD Lowes is useless, as the phone continuously rings and no one picks up. We plan on cancelling our fridge order and are never ordering appliances from Lowes in Clinton MD ever again. What a nightmare to deal with this location. We also opened a BBB with this location.

Incredibly courteous and polite staff at all the areas of responsibility! With all of the selections, let's just say there is plenty to choose from. The location is super convenient... Kudos to the staff(s) (and shout out to the door team). We will definitely return again and again and again! If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, I would. Only negative is not enough registers running...but good people are hard to find.

Everything was great except getting rung up The gentleman in flooring gave me tips. And he took the ceramic tiles up front. He was so nice. Needed another cashier. Had to wait around 20. minutes to get rung up. Man loading my truck apologized and was nice. Thanks

I recently went to Lowe's to purchase a washing machine. Memorial Day was over but they had the sale extended into June. Excellent! I didn't see an associate to help me and was about to be agitated, as one associate did finally appear and let me (and another customer) know we had five minutes of help that he could offer! Then Chris arrived! He was so efficient, clear and helpful!!! I was very impressed especially since I rarely shop here and mostly go to lowe's main competitor. This day i was there just because I happened to be in the area. Chris' professionalism and thoroughness really was impressive--so much so that I knew I would write a review. But it gets even better! The reason Lowe's gets 5 stars is because of the wonderful contractor they hired to install my washer! I believe the name is Augustin and the actual technician's name was Ramon. Ramon absolutely went above and beyond to assist me in getting my washer installed. The level of service, kindness and completeness that he provided is better than any I"ve ever received while living in this home. I was so blessed by them coming through and addressing unexpected issues with class, gentleness and understanding. If it were not for Ramon and his staff I still would be without a washing machine today. They took it upon themselves to repair a rusted pipe without charging me anything additional...this is unheard of in today's time. Thank you so very much Lowe's--I am now a new customer. I definitely will come back!!!!

I had the best customer service ever by Adom! I was really anxious going in the store cause I was clueless and stressed out. I was cheerfully greeted by Adom. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable in the products I was looking for. He even talked to my contractor on the phone to make sure I was ordering the right products. He never got frustrated or annoyed by me when I asked him 101 questions. Thank you so much for making my experience so pleasant and stress free!

I've been quarantine and I had to do something with my time and I've visited this location ALOT!! The staff have all been very well informed and helpful when looking for certain things. I completed a planting project and the had EVERYTHING I needed. From the pots,seedlingzspray paint and more. Ir has always been well stocked and a hassle free experience...Highly recommended.
