I give this place ZERO stars. I've been in there at lease a dozen times and if you get the old guy at the counter, you might be good. He can be a bit old manish, but he's not rude.....per say. You are more likely to get the wicked witch of Upper Marlboro and she will make you hate all humanity. She is rude for no reason and when you try to be nice, she gets even more rude. I wold rather kill all the grass on my property than to take a mower to be repaired at this place ever again! Dont waste your time.

I've used them a few times and they've always come through. Has a family owned vibe. Never had an issue and always felt welcomed. Not sure about the prices but seems reasonable for the services I needed.

I believe customer service has gotten better over the years. I've been going here for over 10 years. To me they are pricey but they are good in service and they do go out their way in trying to assist you

Had been using this place for purchasing and servicing lawn equipment however, during a recent visit, the older lady was very rude to me and therefore, that was my very last visit. I don't patronize businesses that don't value me as a customer!

Great store with an amazing stock of new and used equipment, as well as parts. Very knowledgeable people working there and good customer service except for the man and lady at the counter. They're knowledgeable as well, im guessing owners? Just not very helpful. Almost rude. The first time this happened I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Everyone has a bad day now and then. But its been that way every time I've purchased here.
