I've been car shopping for over a month. I've been to multiple dealers and have driven multiple cars. I contacted this dealership asking about the out the door price on a used 2020 GMC Acadia AT4. I received a quick response with a full cost breakdown. There were no hidden gotcha fees added. Other dealerships were charging $2500 in added fees. When I went to test drive the vehicle and Josh Caballero was the sales person who helped me. He was not pushy, answered all my questions (which were many), and he was very professional. When it came to financing, I told him I had pre approval through my credit union. Never was I pressured to have to finance though the dealership. I was given options and add ons, but never made to feel bad about saying no. This made the experience so much better than pervious dealerships I visited. Thank you David McDavid Lincoln for the pleasent, no nonsense, and great deal.

I contacted the dealership several times in the hopes that I would not be stuck at a dealership for most of my day. I even stopped in to ask what is needed and asked if I can setup an appointment. I was told we do lease buyouts all the time it's quick and simple...In the voice of Maury, " that was a lie." Perhaps others are fine with spending money on a car and spending all day in a dealership, I do not. Not sure why it is difficult to have all paperwork ready, most if not all could have been signed electronically allowing the customer to be in and out. Even if they didn't have the ability to e-sign (other Lincoln dealership have it) be honest, just say "typically it takes 3-4 hours, would you like to proceed?"I do not like when people are not considerate of my time. Had it been said, I would have planned my day accordingly. What was also disappointing, I asked directly if the required documents was sent to my bank, I was told yes. It took a few hours to discover that they lied to my face. I sent emails no one responded. I went back up there and they finally sent out the documents. Lying isn't necessary, transparency is everything, had he been honest and said no but we will no later than Tuesday, under promise and over deliver. I was considering buying a new vehicle after this experience I don't even want to think about it. When/If I do buy my new car I need not return here. Too many lies and lack of consideration.

I am so impressed with the service at this dealership, it is by FAR the best I have ever experienced. After calling over 10 Ford dealerships in my area after my AC went out, I was unable to find a single place that could diagnose my car within two weeks let alone order parts. As I just moved to the area I also asked about rentals or loaners, and most times was met with an immediate no. On a last attempt before accepting not having a car for who knows how long, I called David McDavid Lincoln in Frisco. It was like a breath of fresh air. I believe I spoke with Sam, who was incredibly kind and helpful through all of my questions. He scheduled an appointment the first thing the following day and had my car diagnosed by midday. While they were not immediately able to get a rental, I was able to get my car back while parts were ordered. Once the parts were ready, Ed was able to secure a rental through my warranty and I had my car back and fixed within 2 days. I cannot thank this group enough, they were so helpful along every step and more than happy to explain things to me. I will exclusively be coming here for service from here on out, and highly recommend them! 5 stars is not enough!

I absolutely love my car, but the process of leasing it was painful. The car buying process online is ineffective and I was made aware that it is only for inquiries and not so much actually buying the car. Also, whatever is granted online may not be honored within the actual dealership. I am military and am eligible for the Military Appreciate rebate, however I have never received it. I started my lease contract May 26. I was told by my dealer to call Ford as the dealers have nothing to do with the rebate, but when I called Ford, they told me to send the certificate to my dealer and she should put in the information to receive my rebate. I emailed her the certificate and never heard from her again. I also had minor detailing issues with the car (scratches of paint, small dings, issues with the leather). My dealer told me to go into the dealership to get these things completed, when I arrived. She was not there and Miguel advised me that he wasn’t even aware that I was coming as their detailing person was not there. I am grateful for Miguel because he got those minor things taken care of, but I was frustrated with the lack of communication. As stated before, i love my car, but the process of having to go through this dealership has been painful and frustrating.
