What kind of bank doesn't withdraw your money? No cash on site and the only atm you have is broken. No point in even being open. I've gone not once but multiple times seeing as this is the closest pnc and its never worked. Pointless

They no longer do deposits or withdraws, not sure why this changed. I always went here a they had the best staff in the area, but not really a bank if you can’t deposit money into your account.

First let me say that the convenience of this branch is excellent and most employees are awesome. There are two things to know about this particular location: 1. The Manager is terrible. Maybe she’s great with others, but not with me. Lazy, judgmental, and maybe a bit prejudice. Not about race but about class. 2. Do not open a PNC account here. If you did, try to change your primary branch. If you can’t, I highly recommend closing and opening elsewhere. I’ve found that services, changes, or questions pertaining to your account often fall to the branch manager. If she does not pass that info along; it’s lost.

I appreciate that there is a PNC branch in the Giant where I typically shop on weekends because I don't always want to use an ATM for my transactions. Most banks have terrible hours for people with a 9 to 5 job. I do get the impression that the newest tellers get this placement because someone is there on Saturday and Sunday. So their skills are slow. However, without exception, everyone who has ever waited on me was friendly and personable.

They wouldn't cash a cashier's check. Said it could only be deposited. My mother a lawyer said they lied to me. Will not be back and will be calling to report the gentleman (Edmon) to corporate. Avoid at all costs unless you like being lied to.

Samantha is a very friendly person. She smiles all the times and she does her job in a pro way. Not only to me though, I see that she is the same for all other clients.

I got a PNC alerts today. I went into another branch to straighten it out. It turns out that I wanted a withdrawal from my savings and they took it out from my checking by mistake. In addition, I just got a call on my answering machine with a garbled message asking for updated driver's license information. But, instead of the person just leaving a detailed message on my answering machine she said call her back right away. She gave me the impression the there was something urgent where the information that she wanted was routine. Concerning the mistake in withdrawing the money my wife and I had to make a special trip to another branch where they are extremely nice and I think the branch in the Giant in Columbia, MD is very unprofessional and they act very cavalier.

Priscilla from this location is THE rudest! Laziest! customer service skills lacking person I have EVER met! I will NEVER return to this location and all my company accounts will be moved to Wells Fargo!!!
