Makes quite a few mistakes in issuing prescriptions. Forced to change after 15 years.

I agree with others that have mentioned this pharmacy's inability to hold themselves accountable to the schedule they tell the customer. I dropped off a prescription and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. I returned 2.5 hours later and it still was not filled and they told me I would have to wait an additional 30 minutes. This is not the first time I've had this experience at this particular pharmacy. Absolutely no accountability and they clearly have not respect for the time a customer has to take to drive more than one time to the pharmacy because they are unable to stick to the schedule they tell the customer. I won't be returning to this pharmacy again.

I have never came to this pharmacy and had my prescription ready for pickup on time. Always something. “It will be ready in 15 minutes” always turns into a 2 hour wait. Once I have told them that I will pick it up next day just to prevent disappointment. I just don’t understand how they don’t have this figured out yet.

The pharmacy technician Terrance, was very helpful and very knowledgeable and have impeccable manners. I want to time out to thank him for being professional, courteous, polite and caring.

The pharmacists are usually very nice and accommodating. Some of the support staff are not friendly and don’t seem to know what they’re doing.

I have never had an issue having my prescriptions filled at the Giant pharmacy in Dunkirk. They are always available and ready to go on time. Also the pharmacist who was disparaged in a previous review has administered a tetanus vaccine to me! He is not only qualified and knowledgeable, he is a pleasant and courteous individual. I have interacted with him many times as I have been a customer at this particular location for almost 10 years.

On three occasions my doctor faxed my prescriptions to this pharmacy and they denied ever receiving any of them even though I have a copy of the confirmation that they received them. While speaking with the pharmacist on the phone he questioned me as to why I was taking the medication. Mind you my doctor prescribed the medication and o have been taking it the past 7 years. The pharmacist rudely hung up the phone on me. The pharmacist name is Antwan Proctor. He is a racist. Please post your experience with this guy to let everyone know how ride and unprofessional he is. Avoid their pharmacy. A few years ago they were good. This pharmacist has ruined it.

Giant Pharmacy in Dunkirk is always a good experience. I am picky about the type of my medication, and they are always understanding, professional, and friendly. I’m always in and out too.
