I used to really like this pharmacy. But something so unfortunate happened to me yesterday, i need to share this. I called 2 times to confirm that i could get a flu shot and bivalent booster at the same time and in the same arm. Both times i was told yes. Yesterday when i went for the shots in the room where they give them, the pharmacist tech Angela said NO you cannot have them in the same arm. She refused and said i would have to go somewhere else if that is what i wanted. Well i was not happy but i had planned a lot around those shots so i said ok. So i got one in the left arm and one in the right arm. Afterward, when i complained to the pharmacist, everyone up front said that is not true and we can give them in one arm. I was so mad. I even confronted Angela about it. All they could do was say sorry. Except Angela who was in disbelief that her colleagues were telling people something else. And thanks, Angela, I have not one but TWO sore arms today despite your massage suggestions and wing flapping exercises. So beware when you go there. I may or may not go back but intend to avoid Angela unless it is just for one shot.

Absolutely love this pharmacy. They take very good care of their patrons. I do think they tend to be undermanned at times, but they make the best of it. Anytime we've needed special assistance with a medication, or a doctor messed something up that could have otherwise been life-threatening, they were always there to work with us while the doctors got their act together. I can't say enough good things about the owner and her staff!

This is the best pharmacy I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. The staff are the ultimate pharmacy "dream team." Only one employee remains from the dark days of the older negative reviews on here, and she does a great job. The two full time pharmacists are both awesome, knowledgeable, kind, professional and really care about your health. The staff, too, are wonderful. Everybody communicates well, things are ready when promised, they will advise you if you need advising, they will communicate with your doctor's office and even with competitor pharmacies if that needs to happen. Everyone here is caring, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, kind, respectful, and accountable. Could not ask for better. This is the only pharmacy where I've ever had this consistent of a positive experience, regardless of who I am dealing with and no matter if it's a quiet time or if they're swamped. The older negative reviews were accurate but no longer apply. I know what those reviewers described, and my experiences were equally negative, but everything has been overhauled since then, even the phone system, which now works flawlessly with very short or no hold times. I'm so glad I gave them another try when they changed management, because they have been a godsend to me and lifesavers on many occasions. A+++

Be prepared to be hung up on, spoken to rudely, and have miscounted or lost prescriptions. Some of the pharmacy staff are knowledgeable and friendly but it's not enough to offset the negative aspects. The ONLY reason I use them is because of their location. There is literally no other good reason to ever use this pharmacy. The rest of the store is fine but the pharmacy is horribly run.

I would rather purchase medications off the streets, or from a foreign country, than go to this awful place. The pharmacists are incompetent and the assistants can not multi task. The techs or assistants can literally only handle one task at a time. You will wait in Iine FOREVER without so much as an eye glance. I don't know if everyone here is stupid, slow, or lazy but I wouldn't fill another RX here for me, or my children, if our lives depended on it. Stop giving disgruntled customers, all of them who encounter your pharmacy counter, gift cards and hire staff that promotes your business in a positive manner. You need to shut your pharmacies down and start over...seriously....I don't know what Safeway is doing. I keep swearing this is a joke....but it's not!

Dangerous, avoid. Have recieved miscounted or medications for someone else by accident multiple times. They started off great but rapidly took a turn for the worst.

Prices are great, but the service is slow and shotty. Some of the staff is friendly, but it doesn't matter if you are 3rd in line or the only one there, they always make you wait. The pharmacist should be the one to handle issues with insurance or an Rx problem, not the tech ringing customers up, but not the issue. Only one cashier - ALWAYS - and she makes all customers wait to fix issue causing a huge line. I'm willing to pay more and go elsewhere for better service. Complained to store manager and pharmacy manager many times, but still no changes.
