Very sad to give a low rating as this feels more of a corporate issue than this store in particular.. Purchased a tablet online for In Store pickup which said "Available for in store pickup today". Planned entire next work day to pick it up as the store is about an hour and half from my home. Wake up the next day now on my order status says "Unavailable at this store for in store pickup" which is frustrating. I see what my options are. "Change store pickup" in 2 weeks it will be available at a store 2 1/2 hours away from me and others are longer wait. "Ship it to you" Says can have it shipped to you in approximately 1 week, sadly I purchased this for its quick availability to use 3 days from today.. After 2 hours on hold with the answering machine I decided just to stop by since I planned my whole day around being at this store for pickup. The employee at Store Pickup was kind and told me it sounds like it was available when I bought it but someone else bought it in store that night and now was out of stock. So much for online reservations I guess... canceled and got my money back pretty fast to now shop elsewhere per the Best Buy employee recommendation.

Bought my son a tablet yesterday from here and I finally found the tablet I've been looking for for him with the thick case and it was 200$ which Is not bad at all and to keep the service rolling its partnered with amazon and firestick so u would have to have a amazon acct and its 7.99 a month definitely more affordable than adding a tablet to your phone plan like I did at first and paying for the line to be on on it . only thing I didn't like seems like the man at the register didn't know much about the device . but I figured it out . thanks guys . Ill be back .love the stance on it too

We were looking for a specific desktop that we found online. It said it was available at the store so we looked around for a bit and couldn't find it. Gone are the days when a best buy employee are walking around to help. The only people around were those at desks with a very long queue. They offered to help once they got to the folks standing in the line for a while. So we continued to walk around and stumbled upon the item and a random spot in the store. Can't imagine how long it would have taken to get help. Om the brightside, the cashier was super nice. Loved her!

Needed a computer for school. Was able to find a decent desktop and laptop with extra cords to hook up my tech and spent $700. I took pictures of the price tags so the blue shirt 👕 could find it faster and it went really smooth.

The employees were slow in everything they did. I was early for an appointment and the guys were busy "over-assisting" some attractive ladies while my appointment time when 25 minutes past. It only took him two minutes to let me know that he couldn't help me. A screen protector for a new phone that was verified to be in stock was suddenly not there for a scheduled appointment.

Horrible workers here!! Julio is a horrible manager he didn’t even resolve the issue that these people were trying to throw me out when all I wanted was the last ecobee tstat that they said they had in stock but AMIA said that there were none and why was I still standing at the register! Rude rude rude! People should work at McDonald’s or Burger King. Horrible customer service I will never shop here again and I advise you all not to either

I went to the store to pick up a couple of new release movies. The first associate I asked to help me told me to go and ask another associate and the second person I asked claimed to be helping someone mind you that the store was very slow and did not have very many customers. I asked a third person and finally got someone to help me. I went to check out and there was no one there to check help me check out. You have a check out area with no cashiers and one associate waiting on two other customers at the service desk. Then the person who went and found the movie came up to help me check out. I asked about price matching with Amazon and he called for another associate and a female associate came and matched the price for one of my items but not the other because it did not say sold by Amazon and then proceeded to walk away. I asked to speak with the manager and the associate called for a manager and after waiting around for 10 minutes I finally just left because no manager responded. I called the customer service number to see if they could help me and the associate was more interested in telling me what she couldn't/would not do than trying to find a solution and told me that it was up to the individual manager whether to match the price. What good is it to have a customer service number when they provide no customer service to the customers. When you call to make a complaint they are more direct you to a recording telling you how to look the store up on their website and send a e-mail to the store leadership. Since when does the corporate office abdicate all control to the of the company to the store leadership and allow store leadership to dictate company policy? The company would rather lose approximately $55 sale rather than match the price which would have been a $5.02 difference. If you don't want or appreciate my business I will gladly take it elsewhere where customer are taken care of.  A copy of this has been filed with the Better Business Bureau

It's great. They offer a wide variety of electronics. The only thing I don't like is that back during Christmas 2021 they order a ton of TVs And I guess they didn't sell as they thought it would because now it takes up a lot of space in the store. They use to have like this big section of movies but now it's only one small row of movies.

I wasn’t going to write a review. However the fake reviews & dishonesty landed me here. This is the second time this has happened & customers need to be aware of the poor customer service of Best Buy. I visited this store to purchase this particular clear case that advertised at $14.99. The picture below advises the case was $25 & is now on sale for $14.99. I proceeded to check out & advise the store clerk, he states “yeah it’s in the wrong section. Customers put things in the wrong section all the time.” I go take the picture to advise the clerk the sales tag states it’s $14.99. He then pulls up the site & attempts to show me a different case & price. He goes gets a goofy looking guy, I guess the manager to honor the price. The “manager” does not apologize for the mix up but says “ yeah we we not suppose to do this but I’ll do you a favor”. Very unacceptable. Needless to say I declined the “favor” & left the store. Poor customer service at its finest. Take accountability for your stores mistake & apologize to the customer for the mix up. Never make the customer feel like you’re doing them a favor or it’s a problem due to your price mix up. I will NEVER give my money to Best Buy. They will soon end up like circuit city & the rest of their competitors who are no longer in business.
