I ordered 2 Chicken Sandwiches and paid for them in WV. I opened the bag and realized I had someone else’s order! I stopped into the Royal Farms in Frederick and showed the manager my receipt and she gladly gave me the correct order! I’m happy to say it gives you Great Piece of Mind to shop at places you can trust! Thank you Royal Farms!

This is definitely NOT the go-to Royal Farms location in Frederick. Often disorganized, and the food service is inefficient and at least one of the food managers is just downright uncaring and borderline mean. Stopped in to pick up dinner for the family, but now am waiting nearly 25 minutes, with nothing but an attitude. I feel bad for the food service associate who I actually think was trying to help me.

I don’t see how anyone is saying the employees are mean, I went, and they were all great. And I don’t think I need to mention how good the chicken sandwich is. Definitely coming again

Company should train the associates in this location. I came here today to order a 50 piece plater, which I had ordered before in this location. An associate shouted at me when I was making the payment, very rudely shouted that I need to make an 24 hour advance notice or it’ll take 45 min. Later added that I should listen to the radio. I understand it is busy at noon time, I can make adjustment to the order or cancel it. But what did I do to deserve to be shouted at? Royal Farms really need to train employees better. In addition, if it really need 24 hour advance notice or need to take longer than 20 min., the ordering system should give an warning message. I was a regular to this location and had ordered the player many times, but I will not go to this location anymore. What a shame!

I can't believe a store would allow female employees, let alone customers utilize a restroom with no means of the ability to wash their hands. Hand sanitizer alone is not a sure thing to kill germs or keep hands clean. I asked the female attendant how do they wash their hands, since this place does handle food, she said they have hand sanitizer. Cane we say the health department needs to look into this.

I used to love their chicken but now (maybe it's me) the chicken is a little spicier (pepper heat) and saltier? I'll have to try another location but that should not matter. Anyway, the four stars is because their air station, while it is free, has become an inconvenience, it seems to be broken all the time, there and at other places... The cynic in me thinks it's the guy with the paid air station messing with all the free ones out there - but hey, I could be way off base.

Did notice the new coffee machine's! Makes a fresh cup every time!! And it really tastes so much better than some of the coffee that were probably made earlier in the day! Free tire pump! Car wash! Oh and last but least their chicken!! Almost like fried at home in a cast iron skillet!! Western fries are great also! Worth a stop! When your traveling through Fredrick Maryland!
