This place is a disgrace I placed my order online and when I went to pick my order up I saw two men working only (one African American man & one Hispanic man with his earphones in his ears) . I immediately saw the African American man preparing a pizza putting the pepperonis on the pizza with his BARE HANDS! He came over to ask me about my order I asked “you all don’t wear gloves here?” He replied “no, what is the name your order is under?” That is completely unsanitary and nasty. He then goes and ring up another customer behind me touching the register and then continue preparing the pizza. With all the diseases out now that can be transferred through touch preparing food should be taken much more seriously and be CLEANER! People are consuming the food into their bodies. No gloves is completely unacceptable. All of this occurred on 8/22/2022 @ 12:23pm. I then began to eat my lunch and its a piece of hair in my food. I will NOT be back here ever again and my job and I ordered from here a lot because it’s so close to our workplace. This will be our last time ordering from this location again. I have the guy preparing the pizza on video and I will be sending it to the FDA immediately!

I ordered my meal at 11:50am. According to the Domino's tracker, my meal was quality checked within 20 minutes. By 1am I had not received my meal or an update about my order. I sat for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone and got nothing.

The Hyattsville Baltimore Avenue is the absolute worst. They NEVER answer the phone and are ALWAYS over an hour to receive the order. I will be using Papa John's going forward. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Went for some good wings but left with a disgustingly low amount of sauce, less than promised on the website. Will gladly change the review but need reassurance that sauce promised is sauce given in the future. Revoltingly cheap.

Always consistent, food is always fast and just how I ordered it. Seems to be very well managed. I always pick my pizza up directly from the store. Based on reviews, seems this is the way to do it.

Horrible service. The driver made me come down out of my apartment building to get my food also parked in my neighbors driveway who have told him not to do that repeatedly and when I called the store the manager said the driver has been driving for 30 years and knows what he’s doing. And when I do open the wings that I ordered they are barely covered in any sauce. All I can say is wow

I’ve never had a problem with this location. I placed an order for delivery for my kids while I was at work. Once it was delivered my kids call me stating they found a piece a hair on the pizza. So I call the pizza location presses the #3 to speak to the manager. Didn’t get the name of the person who picked up but it was a guy. So I explained what my kids had found. He placed me on hold. Came back on the phone what did I need help on, I nicely repeat what had happen. With an attitude he reply “thats impossible I’m the one who made the pizza and I have short hair” so I stated “ so what are you trying to tell me that I’m lying” he reply “ I don’t know, what’s the color of the hair and I’m the only one working” I told him I didn’t know because I’m at work he said we’ll call your kid and ask. There was no point of arguing with this person to get to the point so I just hang up.First of all he didn’t even ask for my order number, name or phone number. So how does he know which order he did. What place is actually going to have one person working on everything.Never going to place any order from this location, really bad customer service.

The tracker says the food is delivered and it shows up 15 minutes later cold. This is the second time this has happened. Then they burned the brownies to the color black. Hmmmm
