The restaurant was not busy and appeared clean but the floor was incredibly greasy. It was slippery to point of being a hazard. The cashier and guy handing out the food appeared to be in a daze. The woman working in the back seemed to be on the ball. She was the saving grace, otherwise I would give them one star. I will not return.

It's short of stuff, and training new girl. No vanilla frosty. Walk right back out after waiting 10 minutes.

I Got the Double burger sandwich & Chicken nuggets, my lady friend got the Chicken apple nut salad 🥗. She loved the salad, THE Double burger 🍔 was tasty fresh and good--the chicken nuggets: Not so much was dry & tasteless. Will try salad next time.

I went there last night with the family after coming from a BR/DD🤦🏽♂️(good day☺ family time after hours🤣school/work at the playground energy/crash out night night😴 day). I/wendys/ kids had messed😁up the order 1 tiny glitch. And we was complemented with a chocolate chip cookie for the inconvenience(patience) which today, I ate & it was still fresh as if I relived the whole day again. 😅 thanks for the memory 😍

Longest drive thru experience ever. It is always a challenge but today took the cake. Embarassed to say how long it took. Both the car ahead of me and the one behind me baled. Can't imagine why I stayed, but no way am I ever doing that again.

My drive-thru experience on Sat (11/6) was a parking lot torture. As a first-time guest at this location, there were five cars ahead and four behind me and with no where to go but ahead. It took me almost 30 minutes to grab an online order of a spicy chicken sandwich and fries, that were lukewarm in taste. I should've gotten the hint when I arrived and noticed a line of vehicles wrapped around the restaurant. Perhaps, I thought, the line would go pretty fast and I'd be on my way. Boy, was I wrong. Lol! I turned off my vehicle three times to conserve gas that's how bad it was. There was no movement whatsoever of the vehicles. Not a slow crawl but a complete stand still. No one should have to go thru that. The purpose of a drive-thru is to provide convenience of time and service, not adding to it. Management on-duty that day could use a crash course on urgency in a drive-thru. Perhaps, this was an isolated incident (which I doubt), but if not, this needs to corrected. I will not endure another torturous round at this location. In addition, no apologies were made when I picked up my items. Customer service tip: apologize to customers when you have caused inconvenience upon their day. Don't make excuses but make improvements.

Extremely clean! The burger wasn't as hot as I expected for being called "fresh" but overall, I would recommend it.
