I wish I could give you guys 0 stars! DO NOT EAT AT THE NEW CARROLLTON LOCATION!!! I came into the store like I don’t faithfully 3-4 times a week, on 1-12-22 I order a chipotle sub the chicken was black and my sandwich had mushrooms ( which I’m not allowed to have) the young man was there that normally makes my sandwich but was dealing with another customer so another young man made my food he was rude and that was uncalled for because I asked him to cut my sandwich in half after the fact he caught an attitude and was saying slick stuff out his mouth I never seen this guy before ( he has a kid in play hairstyle tall and slim on the feminine side) don’t let him make your sandwich! I then called back and asked to speak with that guy because I know he remembered me because I asked him to cut it and he got annoyed, not only did he hang up on me but he was very disrespectful and unprofessional and that turned me off from this location. GET IT TOGETHER!

They let me take my time and made suggestions without irritation. Even as I am writing this I have raised the stars from 2 to 4. I thought food was just okay but you may not. Please try it for yourself.

I am sorry I thought I was Getting a Philly Tuesday I am from the Philadelphia area but this was nothing like ithere's nothing like it I'm sorry but I will never go back to Jersey Mike's again If I want a philly cheesecake I will have to go there to get it or go to Chester Pennsylvania and get one

Music in the store is kept on way too loud for communication between customers and staff. Everyone has to yell and repeat their orders multiple times to store associates. Really awkward and dumb, but otherwise the service is fine.

I’m highly allergic to dairy products so I asked for no cheese. They put cheese in my sub anyway.(it was also a hot sub so you know the cheese melted into everything else.) I also had a few side orders that I never got. Smh

Young lady made my sandwich just the way I told her and it was perfect. I will return because it's rare that you can tell someone in a sandwich shop how to make your sandwich the way you would make it at home and it is done...Jersey Mike's is a keeper!
