I got an Italian cold cut sandwich from here. I love Italian cold cuts and I had been to the Annapolis location and loved there subs so when I was in the area I thought I would give it a try. The lunch meat had a weird taste, it just tasted off to me. I had requested hot peppers, lettuce, vinegar, onions, and tomato for toppings I only got onions and tomato. When giving my order over the phone I was really frustrated because I am not exaggerating when I say I had to repeat my order like 4 times whoever was taking my order seemed to really have issues with comprehension. I just don’t think you should hire someone if they are incapable of taking someone’s order because after all the times I had to repeat it they still got the order wrong. My aunt wanted Swiss cheese on her sub instead of provolone cheese and the man taking our order said he didn’t know what that was 🤷🏻♀️ Overall bad experience and I won’t be a repeat customer.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! I was overwhelmed by their willingness to help. The pizza was good. I don't know what it was but my meats pizza tasted a little off. I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but something didn't taste right. But the white pizza was absolutely delicious!

Local pizza joint that I remember ordering from as a child when they were in Highland Town (Baltimore City), or at least I'm assuming they're related since they have the same name as the aforementioned Baltimore City location (they sadly don't use the graphic they did back in the day). Works for everyone in the family in a jiffy, and they deliver, so what's not to love? Not quite what I remember from back in the day, but when you need a simple straight forward sub or pizza, for a decent price, this is your place. Especially with the delivery. I miss the old school Rat wearing a baseball cap logo though, but that's the Baltimore city in me

I’m sad to say the worst sub I’ve ever had and normally I love the subs but I think my mistake was picking the Pasadena location , I paid $3.50 for extra meat and got a sub full of burned onions which was burned so bad I couldn’t taste the sun it’s self and def didn’t get extra meat . Lesson learned I’ll never choose this location again .

If you enjoy grease as one of your toppings, this place is for you!! UPDATE 6/19/22 I thought I’d give this place a 2nd chance and it may have been my worst decision of the day. The food actually got worst. BBQ Wings were disappointing and the pizza was more greasy than the time before. The sauce they use taste like cheap spaghetti sauce. I gave 2 stars for the service. It’s not the employees fault this place uses cheap ingredients. Safe to say I won’t be ordering here again.

Came an hour and 15 minutes after I placed my order, would understand if it was a large order but it was only a small pizza and fry. Once it got here the pizza and fries were both cold

My son is the pickiest eater. We ordered pizza and fries with a side of cheese dipping sauce. He ate everything on his plate tonight, then commented how his food was “very delicious!” Everything was hot and fresh. The delivery woman was very pleasant and played with him at the door. Overall it was an amazing first experience.

The most fantastic cheese steak subs from the Pasadena location. We got 3 subs and all were overflowing with steak mushrooms and onions. They were received hot. Will order from here often.
