Rushed to store before closing which is listed online and on their door that they are open for business from 9:00 am- 5:00pm. Got here at 4:29pm and door was closed and locked. Make sure to call before coming to this location and don’t waste your time like I did.

The delivery was fast and the person was so kind. My complaint is that the pineapples were inedible. Absolutely hard as a rock and very pale yellow, almost white. I thought it was an apple at first.

Flowers had fungus on them and were in terrible shape. The fruit was also tasteless and not fresh. This was a birthday gift from my parents but unfortunately was a terrible experience.

They get 5 stars for this. I absolutely needed this little treat and they did not disappoint. If you never had chocolate covered pineapple I suggest you get some in your life. Paired perfect with the strawberries.

Update: No one contacted me, I guess the Driver was right, nothing will happen if you file a complaint. That's okay 800 flowers delivers edible arrangements and they know how to treat customers. The Driver was very rude and unprofessional at the Nicholson Ln location. told him I will I will complain, he said do it, it won't matter. I guess that's why he thinks he can speak to customers any way he wants. I also contacted their corporate office.

Had a slight miscommunication with pick up time for my order - Mr Mike went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Will definitely be frequenting Nicholson Lane location from here on out.

Ordered an arrangement for a friend on Monday night at 11pm, and it was at here home in Chevy Chase by 3pm the next day. And this was duing the busy Christmas-New Years break. My friends family were absolutely thrilled with the "Delicious Celebration" arrangement. It was around $85 delivered for the large arrangement. At first it sounded like a lot, but when I did the math, it would have taken me at least 3-4 hours + the cost of the fruit to do it myself. It ends up being a decent deal once you look at it from a 'time saved' perspective. Nice job!

First time parents experience: The owner James made an almost horrible experience and impressionable experience. I originally place my order from the Woodbridge NJ store for my family in MD. For some reason my order never transferred to the correct store. I spoke to the manager at the store where the order was supposed to go to. He graciously resolved the issues and my family was extremely impressed with the arrangements. Thanks for making my daughters in law 1st Mother’s Day a special one.

Terrible served us a rotten $70 Arangment I want my money back! They are in the trash! Strawberries were yellow dipped in chocolate so you couldn't see and once I got it inside a d took my mask off you could smell it was all rotten. This was a sweet 16 gift and I'm very upset
