Great place! Super convenient and close to both the main gate and Pearl Harbor gate. Check out and check in we’re both lightning fast. They were also super flexible and did an easy adjustment for me to keep the truck an extra day. Definitely recommend this place for all your moving needs!

One of the worst U haul experience I had. I had to wait over an hour to rent a truck. Slow and rude customer service. Man they just hire anyone. Do not recommend coming to this location!!!

Extremely poor customer service, both at the location and over the phone. Have to wait over 30 Minutes to get an equipment. When you call for billing details, you receive a lady with an unprofessional behavior who said " I will transfer you to the 800 number for any concerns. In addition they changed for a service that you had previously declined. Watch your receipts guys!!! Don't trust what they tell you.

I have rented more than once from this location. It is my preferred location. I have had great customer experience. Brittani is the newer GM & she is wonderful! She handled glitches in the system & rectified matters I had questions about after my transaction was complete. This is a busy location. Be patient and I hope your experience was as good as mine.

Repeat customer. Rented trucks as well as propane refills. Staff is cordial but not exceptional, polite and attentive though. My biggest concern is customers are asked to park on the street while conducting business here. The street is also crowded with Uhaul trucks so customers are forced to walk along or cross a very busy Allentown road with no sidewalks or crossings.

Staff is awesome and very accommodating to your needs even if when your returning or picking up from the wrong location. Their turn around on trucks is less than five minutes. Great experience all four times renting with them.

When I arrived, manager greeted me immediately. The facility was well stocked, very clean and organized. I was in and out within minutes. Great customer service

The service here was super friendly and the gentleman that helped me Terrell i believe went the extra mile to help me change out my ball hitch so we could put it on a 6 inch riser for a better tow. I drove out my way past to other stores to get this great service!
