I specifically went in for 7-Eleven medium roast coffee, to play the lottery and to purchase "new" scratch tickets. I was disappointed because (1) they CHANGED the original coffee urns to some new machine that I would have to read to operate. (2) they did not have ANY "new" scratch tickets! and (3) the cashier had a slow hand. Maybe she was tired????

I really dont understand the issue with their systems but they won't let you use your redeemed rewards for whatever excuse they can come up with. I have only been trying for the past month to use this redeemed reward and thanks to the incompetence of this store and many others my rewards will be expiring tomorrow. Thank you for wasting my money

I had the worst experience at this location, first of all I visit 711 for all my stop and go runs and had accrued several thousand points in my application. However, I understand that returning things in a store to redeem point and get the product for free would challenging, so today 7/6/2019 on the 8 p.m shift. There were 2 cashiers on duty, so I approached the cash register where the older looking cashier was because the younger one was assisting a customer. So, I started to explain that I would like to use my points and return the pizza and red bulls. The minute he heard me say I want my money back, he started talking to me in a very unprofessional tone and so I asked him who is talking to in that to be and I didn't think it was a professional at that. So him for the manger name he yelled Muhammad and then I asked for a corporate number he said it's on the receipt, I reviewed my receipt and I said that's the store number. Then I asked for his name and he went mute, nor he wore a name tag. So he refunded me my money for the red bulls and got back in line and waited for the other cashier to come to the register, to help me. Then, the younger cashier was very patient and understood what I was trying to do. However, he overcharged my points by 2,000 for a red bull that he claimed wasn't free, when it clearly says Any red bull up to 12oz. So I was embarrassed, yelled at, humiliated, overcharged by a no-name 711 vigilante. I will not be returning and I will post this to my Facebook page and let my family, friends and blog sites.
