I took my car to Suitland auto shop and had a diagnostic done on my car, after receiving the print out of what needed to be done I took my car to a mechanic by the name of Villy here at Exxon and showed him the print out Villy took $100 off the price that Suitland auto shop was requesting for the labor since I purchased all the parts needed to have the suspension work needed on the front and back of my car. I Had my car towed up to Exxon on a Monday and my car sat up at the shop for an entire week untouched until I started calling for updates, Villy was nice in the beginning until after I paid him for the work is when he became very disrespectful and very unprofessional . I felt as though because I was a woman Villy did not feel the need to explain certain things to me as far as the work he had done on my car. Villy did not show me receipts for parts he claimed he ordered from a junk yard which to my understanding was only nuts and bolts in which I was charged $120 for, also Villy did not fix work on the right side of my car in which I still have parts in my trunk that we’re suppose to be used to fix the right side of my car. Villy used a defective shock on the right rear end of my vehicle and placed the shocks on bad struts!! Villy informed me over the phone the that the right rear end tire was making a loud noise. Since my car was already in his ( a mechanics possession) I asked him could he find out where the noise was stemming from, Villy says to me that he didn’t have time to check to see where it was coming from but I can take my car to another mechanic or come back another day when he’s not so busy with other cars!! I was very upset by his response but what could I do when there isn’t a manger to talk to. The next day I took my car to another shop to find out where the loud noise was coming from only to be told that the mechanic (Villy) who worked on my car put two brand new shocks on bad struts and that one of my shocks was defective and that Villy should have noticed these issues before putting the shocks in my car and that it’s dangerous for me to be driving my car while it’s in such condition. I immediately called Villy and he tells me “ well I’m busy today and tomorrow”. I would not recommend this mechanic to A woman unless she is accompanied by a man that is willing to get involved, I would not recommend this shop to my worse enemy! Villy is nasty towards women customers

I GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS! I accidentally locked my keys in the car when I got out to pump gas. My 2 year old daughter was in the back seat. My phone was also locked in the car. I went to the clerk inside and asked for help getting my car door open. He told me to go inside the garage and ask a mechanic. The mechanic, some Asian man, was beyond rude. I told him my daughter was locked inside the car and there is no air on and the windows were up. He only responded by asking me if I knew where "ESSEX, MD" was? I told him "No, I don't know and I don't care! I need help". He kept trying to tell me that it was near ocean city, MD and he needed to be there by 2pm. I asked if he had tools that I could use to open my car door, and this inconsiderate m*******f****** told me to find someone else to help me since he was leaving. I went back to the clerk to ask him if I could use his phone to call 911. After a little resistance from him, he allowed me to use his phone. I called and the dispatcher told me help was on the way. I didn't feel ok with just sitting & waiting so I still tried to get into my car. I went back into the auto shop and saw a Hispanic man inside. I asked him if he could help me or give me tools, he said he doesn't have any and if it's a "REAL EMERGENCY" then I should call 911. I could not believe that nobody was trying to help get my 2 year old daughter out of the car. It took the fire station about 13 mins to get there and once they arrived they were able to pry the door open and check my daughter out. I want to make it known that these sorry excuse for men that work at the Exxon did absolutely nothing

Terrible gas station. They allow people to cut the line and the attendant is very inefficient. Avoid going here at all costs. If the 7-11 has gas, go there or even the Citgo across the street.

I have been getting my car fixed here for the last ten years. Jag and Villa are the best mechanic around.
