I've made a couple requests online using the USPS Informed Delivery service, and both times I received a call from the Postmaster herself. She is a verynice person aand is always extremely helpful. If your mail comes through Willards, you're lucky!

I'm not sure how they continue to operate , because they are so expensive to use . Snail-mail is also expensive mail. UPS, FedEx, ect. all ship a lot cheaper than the United States Postal Service. I believe there's just a lot of waste that makes them so expensive. So for that I just cannot give them a very high rating.
