Shawn was absolutely fantastic to work with. Took a call at 430, texted two pictures to him and he got back to me immediately with a quote and fit me in the morning two days later. The job was done in less than 2 hours and he made it look like nothing ever happened to them. Not to mention he’s probably the friendliest mechanic I’ve ever worked with. Can’t say good enough things about Shawn, he’s a real professional.

I ended up on a road in a state park that my Focus ST had no business being on. I curbed my raised lip Enkeis just on the uneven pavement. I was devastated until Shawn made the rash disappear in only an hour! Cannot be more pleased with the result. I didn't take a picture of the before because I was sad. The after, however, speaks for itself. Fast, super friendly service. He's got a customer for life.

Shawn did a fantastic job on my rim and was so easy to work with. I let someone drive my 2020 BMW and they hit a curb and left some bad road rash on my right front rim. I texted Shawn that night and he was able to fit me in first thing the next morning! He was so friendly and honest. He gave me some options on fixing the rim and did an incredible job. You wouldn’t even know that anything happened to it! He also had the work done in less than 2 hours. To say I was impressed is an understatement. My car looks fantastic again and I am relieved. This is my first time using Rimshine to repair some series curbrash on my Audi 20” rims and they did a fantastic job . Shawn went out of his way to explain the work they did and went above and beyond without charging extra .. even came in u see his original quote. His colleague Abel was also great Would recommend these guys without hesitation.. I see why they got all 5 stars and well deserved and I would definitely use them again for future work!

Will let the photos speak for themselves. Seam at Rimshine LLC was a great help, pointed out that the rims had been done previously and the AMG machining had been removed (CPO vehicle). Had Sean bring back the machining, install new tires, balance and put back on the vehicle. Oh, all the service was done without the car leaving my garage. They put the car on jacks during the 3 days it took to complete the work.

Amazing job! I had some curb rashes on two of my rims on my Lancer Evolution. Shawn was very attentive. He answered all my calls and was very helpful in dealing with my insurance.
