My car was towed here after accident and when I went there to have the car release to the insurance company, the guy said that they are fraud and not release the car so that I can negotiate, as they get paid $35 a day. So I made sure and called them to release the vehicle next day when the guy didnt tell me I have to sign. He waited 6 days to tell me that a signed waiver is required. So I went to sign and asked the owner, he said that's what normally needs to be done. I mean "normally" I don't have an accident everyday, like I go to Walmart and should know how a checkout is done at the end of shopping.

I bought a car two weeks ago from here. I was promised he vehicle was looked over and safe for my children. I brought it in a week after buying for brakes, alignment and the vehicle was resisting. They claimed to have fixed it. Not even a week later, my vehicle exploded and locked up WHILE DRIVING, stopping in traffic. If I had been on the highway or anywhere else, I would’ve been rear ended and it would’ve been a bigger issue. I had the vehicle towed here and kindly explained since it’s only been two weeks and they’ve continued to have me driving an unsafe vehicle , that I’d like my money back. I was returned with nasty attitudes , and they ignored my request. Then proceeding to ignore my calls and texts for the next two days. I finally went to pick up the vehicle to bring to a proper mechanic and the vehicle STILL WAS NOT FIXED. Now the steering is all over the place and they expect this to be a “safe” car for children. My mechanic has since looked over the car and has found MANY safety issues, now resulting in a small claims issue in the court because they can’t do the right thing by me and my children , and the safety of everybody else in the road . Absolutely appalled by this , and in response to me seeking a refund for my safety, this is the email I receive . As you can see,they take no responsibility for my safety or others. Don’t get burned by these people. I also have a friend who bought a bad Volvo from them, who happily wrote a statement for this cause.

I can’t say enough about how helpful 1 Stop Towing was. A couple days ago while dropping off the my niece at school my brake line had broke. My insurance company had called 1 Stop Towing to help me with towing my car to the dealer. Brandon was professional and extremely helpful. He wasn't like other drivers, he took his time and talked while he was hooking up my car. I will be referring them to everyone. Thank you again! Service: Car towing

Just a shout out to Dave Bell owner, went to The Stonewall Grille New Years Eve to hear his band... Goodspeeding friends, WOW, great looks, great sound and man can Dave Bell play the drums! With Don Asquith playing a mean harmonica and backup base, and Billy Goodspeed on base and vocal, this band is a must see! Great job guys!

I was 200 miles from home and my alternator died on the Mass Pike. I was able to drive off the highway and my insurance company sent 1 Stop to tow the car. The dispatcher Karey and driver Mark were awesome. Mark called the owner on a Sunday night to see if they could swap the alternator the next morning and assured me they could. They located an alternator did the remove/replace and got me out the door at an awesome price.

On my way home from work at 9pm, I found myself with a flat tire, completely flat. I called my roadside assistance plan and they could not locate anyone local to take the job. At 11:15pm when trying to figure if I could drive with the rim, here comes this heaven sent Angel. It was perfect time. Thank you!!!!

If I could rate lower I would. My sister was with a friend when the car broke down came and got the car. Not knowing being that she's only 17!!! Left her stuff in the car among it was $80. The driver of course denied it. So one stop towing says not there problem. Poor girl was robbed pretty much by the person sent to help her and its her problem now. Taking advantage of a child and stealing her hard earned money she works her ass off for. Hope you can feel better about yourself because she's heart broken. May not be a lot to some but its a lot to a 17 year old about to go on vacation now with no money At my place of business a accusation gets made best believe esp like that there is a investigation not just a "did you do it?"
