Had repairs done in the past on my car with very satisfactory results I will admit the work was good but it ends there. Shop was very unprofessional when I had given multiple recommendations to friends and family and they treated each and every single one of them disrespectfully about cars and situations refusing multiple services and ultimately embarrassing me when I praised them to work on a friends classic car. My car has under 45,000 miles, it is in PERFECT condition except for several dents/nicks so my "Covid lock-down" project included getting this mess fixed! I went to several body shops and picked Harry's based on the reasonable price. The real surprise is when I picked up the car . . . I am so extraordinarily happy with Harry's Auto Body's quality of work; I just cannot believe the great body work and results on my white SUV Mercedes looks. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I don’t think I have found a better place to take my car where it could be in better hands. The people here showed true dedication to getting my car repaired for the minor damage done to it. My insurance company was trying to be so cheap and not pay the deductible and make it seem it was my fault (a tree branch fell on my car) when it wasn’t. They not only were able to persuade the insurance company to pay the deductible but were also able to get some of the old dents out of my car too. The people here are wonderful and their receptionist Sarah is very friendly too. I hope that no more damage is done to my car but I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who wants to have proper work done too.
