Staff are helpful for sure, but so sorry I left metro for tmobile. Samsung phone is a PITA and NOT worth $1000. So stuck in this switch but will be leaving as soon as I can.

My phone has poor reception with 3 years old sim card, and the friendly staff checked my West Sacramento area quality of the phone coverage and replaced the sim card. Now the phone works just fine again . Thank you very much James.

My name is Larisa Proshak. Recently I visited T Mobile branch in West Sac. I was afraid because of my limited English abilities to speak. But I was perfectly assisted by Julio Para. Julio was very attentive and helpful, that I forgot about my limited English. He fixed my billing issue and helped with additional line and phone. I'm grateful for such amazing and professional employees as Julio .

I was there tonight to purchase two I phone the sales person was nice however the manager has negative attitude and loves to say No to customer. As I walked in and ask sales assistant if they have I phone 13 pro max the store manager from far away said no .however, the sales associate was super nice I have customer with T mobile for years and never had this kind of experience in the store but this store manager is absolutely deserve no star . We ended up walk away because of the store manager attitude I was there today around 7 40 pm
