Went in to get a pair of pants for a wedding. Staff were rude, and walking around in hoddies and sweatpants. Super unprofessional. Completely ignored me even after i asked for help. Just this location though. I have excellent reviews for their other locations.

Staff at this store are truly exemplary and genuine in their dedication to customers. My experience with Jillian, Sean, and "Q" was one of the most satisfying and enjoyable customer service experiences I've ever had. These people are also real experts in what they do.

Purchased suit on Monday. They promised alterations to pants length by Saturday for a wedding. Told us to pick up on Wednesday. However, found out on Wednesday that salesman had entered the due date a week later. Don't trust them!

We were shopping for a sport coat for my father. Jillian at the Framingham store was amazing. She was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We found the jacket, decided to add on trousers and they even hemmed them while we waited. It was a great experience.

Got what I needed, but had to work for it. I ordered a shirt for a tux, I was told it will be shipped to my home before the event. 2 days before, I realize I still have not received it. Next, I was told it will be overnighted to my house. Event day, I find out it was shipped to the store. It is not a convenient trip from my house to the store. The staff was awesome, great to work with, I did not like the runaround with the shirt.

I visited on the morning of August 15, 2022. Kudos to Jamesay who was holding down the store, solo. He is enjoyable to work with, and helpful in picking out accessories to my existing suit. I usually do not like clothes shopping, but he makes the experience stress-free, quick, and productive. :) Minus one star since the shoe selection was slightly lacking however I was able to find a pair that I am happy with.

I've now had to go back to this place 3 times for a pretty basic suit purchase. I've been given conflicting instructions each time for reasons that are unclear. It's as if this place wants to make it as hard as possible to accept business. What's strange is that I used Men's Wearhouse for my own wedding years ago and it was a marvelous experience. Not sure what happened since then.

Dreadfully understaffed and under-inventoried. The experience started with an angry customer cursing as he stormed out of the building because there was no one to set him, even though he had made an appointment, and warning us to stay away. We went in anyway. We knew exactly what we wanted -- a 3 piece suit of Ralph Loren separates. We're found the suit. Actually two thirds of it. There were no trousers. Not simply none in my size, not actually no pairs of matching trousers at all. The lone staff person, who was doing an admirable iff impossible job, saw what we were doing and told is that the suits had been recalled. He had pants, but they were packaged tio be shipped to another store where they might sell. If so, why were there still jackets and vests in that store? The lone staffer suggested we try another store, which we did to a better result.

We had a really terrific experience with Ryan C., our sales associate at the Framingham location. After 2+ pandemic years my husband was short of dress clothes and needed a blazer right away for a 50th high school reunion. He also needed a suit for later this year for our son's wedding. Ryan really listened and gave great advice. Inventory was somewhat limited due to all the supply chain issues, but Ryan found us a terrific blazer and suit and some new shirts to go with. The price was great, too.

2 employees. 2 page waiting list on Saturday morning at 1130 June 12th. For a funeral, brought my son in for 2 shirts, a pair of black shoes and a dark sport jacket to tailor off site. After waiting 30 minutes asked the older employee when he was reading thru names of customers who left (more than 6 names read were no longer there) if we could just have a neck and arm measurement, while the 4 groups of wedding tux folks were in the changing rooms. In other words during the 3 minute down times... We were refused rudely. The fact that the store is inundated with tux renters and buyers cannot be assisted for purchase while the employees wait for them to emerge from changing areas is pure laziness lack of training, willingness to multitask and provide good customer service. I asked again and was told theres a list, which i was on...I stated we were leaving and was told "I miss you already". That did it for me... I have spent thousands there including my sons prom tux this year. I will never return and that employee should not be retained. Go to Jos A Banks. Same owner better experience. I spent about $1,000 after my older son met us there. If mens warehouse can't manage renters and purchasers they should close.
