General manager on site did not properly verify the mileage I was driving even though I specifically told him I was driving to north Scottsdale. I was over changed for my van with hidden fees. Pretty shady business.

Do not use U-HAUL!! Especially this one. We had the absolute worst service by a business in the customer service field! We had a conformation for our reservation that was made weeks ago and the manager would not honor it. We were desperately trying to find a truck and he was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. My husband kept his composure while the manager screamed at him in the store which makes ZERO sense because we the customers were the ones in need of the service he offers and he wouldn’t provide it or compromise with us. At the end of this horrible transaction he did not honor our reservation and only gave us the truck for a few hours even though we had confirmation to have it for several days… We will never use this company again. Unreliable and rude sum it up.

Went in today to pickup a tow dolly. The girl behind the counter was very courteous and helpful. The gentleman running back and forth in and out was also great. Will be renting stuff from here from now on

I went in to rent a truck the lady that was behind the desk told us to step outside because she was the only one there and she needed to help another customer outside, which was a lie she locked the door and went and sat back down. I waited outside for 10 minutes and went to check to see if the door was still locked. She seen me going to talk to the other guy that worked there and then she unlocked the door. I am a loyal customer of uhaul but I will never use the one in Laveen and will tell everyone to never use them. Sal is horrible as a agent

Had reserved a 15 foot truck here a week in advance, they sent me to another location the day of. Not only was I late on schedule thanks to this place, but I had to drive more miles to pick up the truck which equals to having to pay for more on the truck miles. Will not recommend anybody to this place.

I would recommend going with any other moving service. We were there on time to return our van, but they were so disorganized and took so long to help the line of people waiting, so they charged us an extra day for us being 30 minutes late (the time it took them to see us). They also wrote the wrong name on the receipt and were unable to provide a receipt until we made it clear we wouldn't leave without one. We also filled up our tank before arriving but they charged us for extra gas. When we asked for any help/correction, they said "well it's already done, so we can't do anything. Try the 800 number or something ." This service is extremely disorganized, disrespectful to customers, and a huge waste of time and money. Go elsewhere.

Colt and Valerie are simply amazing! They were helpful and courteous, and even called me early once a trick became available! If I ever need another UHaul this will be my go to location!

I don't think I will rent from this place again...the two guys at the counter where not very helpful and rather rude. I want information on a trailer I reserved and it wasn't even there. They made me pay a grip of a much bigger one.
