The young lady Jasmine that was the only one working was so incredibly nice, attentive and professional. It was very busy and I sat and watched her multitask like a boss. She definitely needs a raise. She was able to answer all of our questions and convinced us to switch our phone carrier to metro pcs. Because of her amazing service we felt great about our switch for all four of our lines. Purchased all new phones and she was very knowledgeable and able to help pick the best phones for my family and I. Thank you Jasmine for such great service.

went there because my phone i had bought there wasn't charging and i was told another store will call me to collect my new ordered phone but in vain. its been a month and i visited the place twice and called twice. i ended up going to phoenix and was told they didn't make my order or contacted the other place. was disgusted.

Well, i went into the Metro P.C. and the young lady was already helping a customer. When she saw me she asked if i was there to pay a bill. But i said no. I needed some information. So she says," I'll be right with you", so i said ok. When it was my turn, i asked her about some information that i needed on my phone. But she referred me to Corporate office. Ok. Then i asked her if she had any shield for my phone? She looked up my phone number, went to the back and said,"no", there are no shields for my type of phone. My phone was to old😒.ooook. Then i asked hear if she had any phone covers for my type of phone? She said, "no". Not for my type of phone.😞😣. Don't get me wrong, she did her job, BUT, didn't even look how far I've had my phone, no offers, 😕no nothing. I've been with Metro P.C. for along time. But i guess that doesn't count😬. Oh well, she saved me money by not offering me any thing. Sorry😞, Thank God you guys have other stores. I Hope my experience will be different. 🤔, who knows.🙏

Would give it A negative star if I could. Rose is the WORST csr, lies about everything, and overcharged me for my lines. Then literally ARGUED with me in the store trying to cover her lies..

The staff didn't seem I treated in doing their job or even helping with getting service back on. They were a bit snobby and rude. Recommend going to a different location.

Nayeli was amazing! She has great customer service. The two times I was there she greeted me and helped with with my issues. I will definitely be going back .

I live close by and it is always closed, I have to go to a different metro to only pay my phone bill. Is it my bad luck or the bad service.

The worse customer service!! Not trained, not nice, and too much attitude!! Hello, this is a business, you leave your attitude at home, if you don't want to help a customer, by the way....it's your job, then go home and give it to someone else who wants to be there. I can't believe them!! The manager of this store needs to hire nice, smiling, customer service representatives! I will drive all the way downtown to the Corporate store to get the customer service I deserve. Thank you, KAREN, with bad attitude!

I felt like I interupted an important conversation between the two girls working at the counter when I arrived. They obviously had more important things to do than to sell me a phone. I asked the question that I had regarding a promotion I saw on a billboard and what they responded didn't correlate with what I read. I got the feeling that I was not part of the right crowd to be shopping there..
