Tried to get fuel, declined. Ok whatever, used a my debit card next: said “error processing reinsert and try again” well I never did and it decided to work? I’m calling my bank as there’s a skimmer being used, and the employees inside couldn’t care less.

Circle K management: This store is quickly becoming a joke. Every time I go in, there's people running out the door with stolen merchandise, often multiple times in one short visit. The beggars and vagrants outside are also problematic. Every time I park, I can never make it to the door without being hit up for money at least once. Same walking out the door. And there's always the same ppl outside doing it. Many ppl here in Laveen have boycotted this location due to the aforementioned. Clean up your act. On a brighter note, most of the employees are friendly, but also frustrated about the problems.

Stopped to put gas I had a $10 bill and a $10 roll of quarters, the cashier said she was going to charge me $2.50 to accept my roll of quarters! SMH bad enough gas prices are horrible now they charge you to pay with the only thing you have! Horrible

Why are they closed every day on my way home from work? They say they need to take a break, which I understand but why does everyone have to go at the same time. It's busy and if you can't pay at the pump or want a snack, you are out of luck! QT here I come!

The fountain drinks are bad and most of the carbonated drinks taste flat. Even the powerade/Gatorade taste a little off and the area is always messy.

This store is full of homeless folk and the like. Despite that there is a bright spot and it is a young man whose name is Izzy. Each time I have visited this store, he has been helpful and goes beyond to help make sure everything is clean and refreshed. He has a kind disposition and a great memory. He makes sure to say hello each time he sees me and is always so friendly to everyone. Izzy should be accommodated or reward to the highest degree for being such a valuable membr of the staff.

Ok I understand how we are required to wear masks in the store and a customer can simply forget to put it on as they enter but that doesn’t mean a employees can yell at a customer to “put a mask on”. Not even a please was said! On top of that I heard the male employee say “they think they can get away with until they get caught”. It was in my pocket, I just simply forgot to put in on as I entered the store.

I work close to this Circle K and love the coffee they have there but the service is HORRIBLE with a capital H. There is a short girl, brown, black hair that has no customer service skills whats so ever. She never greets you, she never talks other than to say next. The other staff is not great but at least they greet you. Also this is a picture of the sad "Ice Cream Bar". No sample cups, no toppings other than some really old Andes Mints pieces and the syrups look like they been there for a few months if not a year or more. As you can see I TRIED to use the chocolate syrup and it was thick and nasty. For this i was charged $1.99. A note to Cirlce K get some better staff that actually looks like they enjoy working there. Keep the items you sell stocked.

I enjoy the service here but my biggest issue is everyone out front. I have literally never been here without being asked for cigarettes or money. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I dont mind it on occasion but this is ridiculous. I stop in to get a drink before work and get stopped twice. Please take care of the loitering people that are CONSTANTLY asking for things. It really makes me want to stop coming here.

Been stopping by here regularly and its sad this store was remodeled and not kept nice. There were about 6 or 7 drinks out in the soda fountain and ice was overflowing in the fountain drain. Used cups were all over the area. There was a long line of customers at the check out counter with one active cashier. There were two other employees who were doing something in the candy aisle, they didn't care that the line of customers was growing. I just left and went across the street to QT which was very busy as well, but the store was clean and had a very short wait to check out.
