I've usually had great experiences from this Home Depot. Customer service was great but we waited about 45 minutes (may be exaggerating, I didn't time it but it felt like forever) to get any sort of help from the garden dept for some outdoor equipment. There was no one in that half of the store. The guy finally showed up apologetic as he was on lunch. ~Stephen

The young lady Jasmine that was the only one working was so incredibly nice, attentive and professional. It was very busy and I sat and watched her multitask like a boss. She definitely needs a raise. She was able to answer all of our questions and convinced us to switch our phone carrier to metro pcs. Because of her amazing service we felt great about our switch for all four of our lines. Purchased all new phones and she was very knowledgeable and able to help pick the best phones for my family and I. Thank you Jasmine for such great service. ~Smackt

Never had issues until yesterday. I went in with my 1 year old and 5 year old to send out a package and my 1 year old I was holding and she was trying to touch the pen as I was writing on it. Both were quite and being well behaved and the lady who was helping me was very rude and said “this is why we have sitters” I didn’t know I had to have a sitter to spend 2 minutes to drop off a package. I was very upset and ended up just leaving. Definitely won’t be going back again. ~Sami

Circle K management: This store is quickly becoming a joke. Every time I go in, there's people running out the door with stolen merchandise, often multiple times in one short visit. The beggars and vagrants outside are also problematic. Every time I park, I can never make it to the door without being hit up for money at least once. Same walking out the door. And there's always the same ppl outside doing it. Many ppl here in Laveen have boycotted this location due to the aforementioned. Clean up your act. On a brighter note, most of the employees are friendly, but also frustrated about the problems. ~Shane

Do not use U-HAUL!! Especially this one. We had the absolute worst service by a business in the customer service field! We had a conformation for our reservation that was made weeks ago and the manager would not honor it. We were desperately trying to find a truck and he was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. My husband kept his composure while the manager screamed at him in the store which makes ZERO sense because we the customers were the ones in need of the service he offers and he wouldn’t provide it or compromise with us. At the end of this horrible transaction he did not honor our reservation and only gave us the truck for a few hours even though we had confirmation to have it for several days… We will never use this company again. Unreliable and rude sum it up. ~Ashley
