Every time I have went to this location they are soooo rude and no customer service at all! I went to drop off a package and didn’t have tape to put on the shipping label he told me to pay 3.99 for Tape or bring it back when I get it taped on so I laughed and walked out went down the street to the UPS store and they took care of me with no issues at all! I will never go back to this USPS location again this is my third time there and all three times bad service smh do better!!!!!

Please update your hours on google maps, especially for holidays that you’re closed. Drove here only to see that you’re closed, when is says on google maps that you’re open.

It's a small office so they lines can get pretty long during a rush. But I feel like that's the case with literally any post office. Martha is who I usually encounter when I go and she is very helpful and knowledgable. She has even gone as far as helping me re-tape a box that was incorrectly taped. She also never seems rushed or irritated which I appreciate. Thanks for being dope Martha! :)

The part people can access is tiny so a line is quickly going out the door. But in terms of quality we have not had an issue with anything going missing or issues.

Never had issues until yesterday. I went in with my 1 year old and 5 year old to send out a package and my 1 year old I was holding and she was trying to touch the pen as I was writing on it. Both were quite and being well behaved and the lady who was helping me was very rude and said “this is why we have sitters” I didn’t know I had to have a sitter to spend 2 minutes to drop off a package. I was very upset and ended up just leaving. Definitely won’t be going back again.

They do little as possible when delivering certified mail. Hence I keep missing delivery because they just sit in their little truck instead of coming to the door to knock and get a signature. They also never answer the phone. Very frustrating

Hello, Im looking for help. Does anyone know what Locksmith this post office uses for Mail Box Key changes or replacements . I've recently lost my mail box keys and I cannot get a hold if this location for the life of me to ask about my mail and I cannot go there because im at work during the day. I go here on a regular bases most of the times the staff is pretty nice but this guy has been ringing me up and he’s very rude. I had prepaid postage and he said I needed to pay more so rudely he just grabbed my package out of my hands as well. He said shipping for a small item would be $50. I told him no thanks. The girl next to him was very helpful and said I could use a box that they sell there. I ended up leaving cuz I was in a hurry. But that same guy has been so rude last time as well I handed him some packages which were very light and he said we have a drop off and I said yeah well its backed up because my packages do not fit and he took them from my hands and said okay not even have a good day or anything. It’s crazy how rude they can be some staff is nice but some isn’t and instead of helping they make you feel like you’re the bad one. I’ll have to stick to ups.

I went to pick up my packages yesterday, since they were missing postage. I had already sent them through a different post office closer to my job so I wanted to pick up the ones they didn't send. Once I was there the lady refused to return my property back to me unless I paid postage.. I told her I didn't want to send it and I just wanted my envelopes back and she was rude and refused to. Those envelopes are MY property and should be given to me.

The mail carrier left the key to a box that had someone else’s package in it and possibility did the same with the package. I called this location for several days and several times within each day to speak to a delivery supervisor and the phone just rang and went to what seemed to be a voicemail with no greeting. I left several messages and no one has contacted me. I went online and place a claim to locate my package. No one contacted me, therefore I contacted the 1-800 number for USPS and I was told that a supervisor would contact me within 2-3 business days to further discuss details regarding the my missing package and if they are unable to locate my package their police would further investigate. I have never heard of such a thing but I hope that the end result is me getting my package.
