I recently had a great experience buying a GMC box truck here. From the initial phone call I had with the sales person, Ralph, I knew I was at the right place. I got a great financing deal with warranty, they fully prepped the truck including inspecting the vehicle, then delivered it to my shop the next day. I’ve been buying Fords for the last 10 years, but unfortunately the dealership I’ve been using has gone downhill. I got5 new 2021 ford vans this year, two of which had defective parts, I had to wait 3 months for a e brake cable that was defective. I will 100% be shopping with Baker the next time I have a need

The car was towed in Monday at 10 am with a flat tire. During the TWO days it took to complete the repair, I had to call and inquire on the status. No update that they weren't going to get to it on day one, no video showing the repair and no call that it was done. Picked up the car to find it had not been washed or vaccumed. I called the service dept to find out if this was a new policy that they are not cleaning after service. I was told it was probably an oversight (duh) and there are many people that don't speak english! Terrible on many levels!

Shelly is so rude and unprofessional, it's amazing she has a job. She also likes to hang up on people.We were going to buy our next GMC there, but we will go elsewhere now.

I have bought my last two vehicles from Baker and always recommend the dealership to friends and family. This was my first experience with the maintenance department. The oil change seemed to be done fine, but I did not get my car wash as, "the people left early". So, it would have been a 5 but you owe me a car wash haha

We visited a dealership in Auburn and was not happy with our results. I wanted to test drive the XT5 Cadillac in an area where I was comfortable driving, in my hometown of Leominster, so that is how we ended up at Baker Cadillac. Our intent was to test drive the vehicle and then go to Woburn which is where they had many XT5's in their inventory. We were met by our salesman, Jason Plamondon, and within one hour, we test drove and accepted an offer to trade in our vehicle and purchase our XT5! We have purchased many new vehicles in our lifetime, but we have to say, this recent experience with Baker Cadillac has had to be one of the best! Jason answered all the questions we had, made us the best offer he could and we walked away with our XT5 Cadillac. With the experience that we had with Baker Cadillac, specifically Jason Plamondon our Salesman and Mike from the Finance Department getting us a very good interest rate, we will undoubtedly recommend Baker Cadillac to friends, family member and colleagues and will look forward to doing business ourselves with Baker Cadillac in the near future!
