They are always helpful and friendly to us. They are prompt with anything they do too. Not sure where allows the bad reviews are coming from but if you are new to the area, see for yourself and form your own opinion.

Arlyne the manager was very kind and helpful while notarizing my documents and took care to ensure they would be delivered overnight. The other staff were professional and handling a busy holiday rush very well. I was able to print a document, have it notarized, and sent overnight on short notice. Very grateful for their considerate service!

A huge thank you to Jake at the UPS store in Marblehead! I had just finished a physical therapy appointment and my muscles were “shot” making it difficult for me to write addresses on envelopes and certified mail slips. Great help for me !

The store is busy these days. I was there on 9/9/2020 at 3PM. Zach helped me and was great. There was another guy there too and they worked excellent together. They were polite, professional, and informative, and made me feel they were happy to help. I strongly recommend you using this location. There is another close by, but avoid it at all costs. That you for your great service.

The owner has a very poor attitude and lacks any real customer service. The employees seem to take more pride in being decent people. The store was closed when it was suppose to be open. I patiently sat in my car and waited for it to open. The owner pulled up in the space next to me; parking in a way that blocked my ability to get out of my car. An honest mistake so I nicely made the situation known. She gets out her car comes around to see how much space I have then proceeds to go back to her car and gather her belongings. She then stated that I was over the white line and that she was late for work. In other words she was not moving!! I opened my door as much as I was able to and I could clearly see the white lines, therefore what she was stating was a lie. I was too parked between the lines. Instead of being a decent person and reacting to the situation appropriately by moving over a bit she took it to another level that it didn’t have to go to. After a good cussing out about her nasty attitude towards a situation that was meek she got in her car and moved. Had she not been so nasty about the situation I would have moved over since I was only going to be there temporarily. However, once she left I then left too and proceed to hr ex husbands ups store in Vinnin sq where I received exceptional customer service😊! I will not support her business and I would not recommend this location. Prior to this incident her attitude was questionable but because I’ve never directly encountered it I looked past it and still supported the business but no more.

When you come at your local UPS store to drop some boxes and get insulted by the sales representative behind the desk because you leave the door open when the air conditioning is on and by the way no one is willing to help you hold the door neither help to bring the boxes in, and when the store is empty!! Giving a hard time to customers and arguing and saying to them get the f...* out of here, don’t come back to my store, is that how customer service works in this town at the local UPS store?? Shocked...

Arlyne the manager was very rude and not helpful at all. The young man who worked with her was amazing but I did not appreciate the way that Arlyne was talking to him. My family and I won't return to this location because of her.

I am always greeted with a friendly hello and fast service even during busy times. What a great place to have a mail box for my mailing address and protect my privacy. They receive and keep packages safe when I am away for a while.
