Don't use this company. Like several other reviewers, I am completely unsatisfied with this company and would strongly recommend finding another mover. Walter did not follow the agreement at all. He sent workers 5 hours late and with a very small truck. I had explicitly stated I was moving a 3 bedroom house to a large apartment. I made reservations months in advance. After 11 hours, and two trips back and forth, I told the guys to go home. In the end, my son had to come from Florida and help me. We rented a van and needed several trips to complete the move. Needless to say, this move was a disaster and I told him I would let my frustrations be known.

Not only did owner Walter not follow agreed upon truck size. His "crew" which consisted of one 15 & one 23 year old. They , left without notice, didn't take keys an get any units I had. I now have had one 10x20 auctioned due to this and another about to be. And after telling the chick at RAFT he didn't complete the job and not to pay him until hearing from me, she paid him over 1200.00. she's now suggesting I reapply for RAFT!! I never received the first amount!! Someone's going to hell for this. Services: Local moving, In-state moving

This company continued to collect a 70 yr old homeless womans money but refused to give her her stuff when she finally found an apartment. I made several calls to set up to pay for them to move her stuff into her new apartment my company was going to pay for it. The first time I got a hold of someone they were nice. And said they would do it. I requested some documents because our funds are from the goverment and I needed to present certain documents to collect the money to pay the invoice. After that they ghosted me and her while continuing to take her money out of her account. This was a year ago and they still havent given her stuff to her. She has over five years of bank statements showing she paid for this storage. And yes she is pressing charges but of course due to covid everuthing has been slow going. If your an older individual watch out for them. Service: Moving-related storage

I wish I could give them less than 1 star. We called to have a couch, a loveseat, a bed and a bar to be moved 2 HOUSES DOWN from where we lived. They said $350. We called back and asked if we could up the price to $400 if we added a tv stand and a tv. They said it was fine. Once moving day came, they were over an hour late, claiming they got the wrong address. Took them from 3:15pm to a little past 7:00pm to load up they're truck, drive it 2 houses down and put stuff back together. Then they tried to raise the price from $400 to $540. In the process they couldnt get the couch out because they didnt have the right tools to get it apart to fit through the door, so they said someone would come the next day (never gave us a time) to move our couch that we already paid to have moved. No one came, so we called that night and was told someone would come the next day late afternoon (again no specific time). Whenever we call we get sent to voicemail and never get a call back. Our check has been cashed and no one has called us back. And from reading another review their "location" is just an empty building! Service: Local moving

I know people say that this company isn’t good! I have to say that they are wonderful and my experience with them was incredible they were beyond fair with me. They worked above & beyond with me and I’m not an easy person to work with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving. My belongings were safe and cared for and I am so grateful beyond imagination & thank them so much . I had so many heirlooms in there and were all taken care of! I’ve never written a review before but I felt the need to do this after reading many bad reviews about this moving company. I called W & W movers to move and dispose of a very large couch I had. They were able to come within 24 hours, were so affordable, quick, and on time. Don’t let the bad reviews turn you away from this company! Services: Oversized-item moving, Moving-related junk removal

Terrible experience. I had hired them to move my family and I and everything was a disaster from start to finish. Walter, the owner gave an original quote then changed it at the end. The crew was negligent and damaged several pieces of my furniture which was beyond repair . I contacted Walter to remedy the issue which he lead me on a wild goose chase. He sent Don, one of his workers to “take a look at the furniture , see what he could do”. 3 appointments later to meet with Don after getting the run around and no call-no show, he finally showed up. Don agreed there was nothing he could do but it was up to Walter. Walter said yeah, we’ll fix it , which was physically impossible because massive chunks were missing out of the bureaus, nightstands , bed frame. After countless times calling Walter he blocked my phone number . It came to the point that I had to contact the attorney generals office of consumer protection bureau. The AG office was able to order Walter, the owner to pay me outright for the damaged furniture. I would give less than 1 star, I would move myself uphill both ways even if it meant not using W&W! Pathetic !

The employees who moved my belongings were hard working and courteous. However, Walter the owner was rude and unprofessional. I did not know of his poor reputation when I booked my move with him. On the phone he seemed genuine, nice, and completely capable of providing stellar service. He assured a specific price and quote on time; insisting that he had moved tons of people to where I was moving. He said that he was extremely familiar with the building and made me feel confident in his services. The day of the move his employees showed up three hours late and with a beat down truck full of other people’s belongings. They had to go empty the truck before they could return to begin my move. The guys worked very hard and I don’t blame them for the circumstances they were put in. They did not have enough equipment to move me in the quoted time. Walter charged me more than twice what I was quoted and refused to apologize or reason for how he inconvenienced me. Instead, he threatened me with police and court. Highly disrespectful person, if I could have found another mover in the last minute situation I was in, I would have. Buyer beware!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I called two weeks before my move to set up the move, then I called five days before to confirm and everything was good. I was set up for 9am and they were already an hour late so I called and the guy was super nice and said they were a truck short they would be there shortly. Now at 11am no one was there yet so I called and no answer, called at 11;15 and again no answer. I had my Mom call from her phone at 11:45 and he picked up right away and said he could be there for 1pm. We asked for some compensation since I took work off and they were 4 hours late with no call, he said let me find out I'll call you back. He never called back and they never showed up. I called one more time and no answer. So unprofessional and I had my closing on my house in two days and my kids buses changed to the new house so we had to get out. I had to hire new movers last minute to move me the next day. What an awful thing to do to a person to just leave them hanging like that.
