This place has horrible customer service and told me not to bring packages after 5:30 when they are clearly open til 6:00. They also told me that they don’t make much money off of dropped off packages. I ask to talk to the owner and he defended his employees and said what they said was true. Don’t drop off packages after 5:30 because my employees don’t want to scan in a bunch of packages at the end of the day. Even the owner has horrible customer service! Let me remind you that all I was doing was dropping off packages with a UPS label to be shipped out about 2 times a week around 5:00-5:30 and that wasn’t acceptable. I now go to the UPS on 105 and they are super friendly and don’t mind me bringing my packages in to be shipped since they are a shipping store. NEVER GO TO THE WOODFOREST UPS STORE the employees and the OWNER are very rude and don’t even care about losing customers!!!

Very thankful to have this store right in our neighborhood. I especially love the dynamic that these kind men have together as well as how they provide such friendly service. They're always so quick to help, and never get annoyed as I get together my codes and packaging!! Whoever has hired them all has done a great job in choosing their employees.

I commented today to Dan and Derek, owners of the Woodforrest UPS, that I did not think the neighborhood could operate without the services they provide. These men and their staff go far beyond what is expected. They go the extra mile with courtesy, professionalism and a smile. Sandia

I asked to have a legal consent form notarized. William Scott Parks completed 1/2 of the document and refused to finish notarizing it because he did not understand the ID # line. I researched it and provided the information, and he still refused to complete the notarization. The document is now ruined and he would not provide another copy for me to take elsewhere. On top of being inept and unhelpful, he was rude and condescending. This store is conveniently located, but I am taking my future business somewhere else. Mr. Huffman, I appreciate your personal follow up this morning. My family and I do our best to support local businesses. To clarify, there was only 1 other customer in your store at the time of the incident. Since Mr. Parks was not familiar with form DS-3053, I researched it for him and confirmed the information he questioned. (it was literally a driver's license ID number) He still refused to complete the form. I then requested a new form to replace the one that he started because I could no longer use it. I provided the form number and it's easy to download and print a new one. This is a time sensitive document and he denied my request for a new form, rather rudely. I was told: "go get another one yourself." I completely understand that people make mistakes and that is acceptable. What is not acceptable is poor treatment of customers and refusing to correct your mistakes; especially ones that are quick and easy to fix. His mistreatment of customers is the real issue; and reading the other reviews, this is not an isolated incident. In addition, he was rude to my wife last week when she requested to have a Power of Attorney document notarized. He was condescending throughout their conversation; even interrupting her mid-sentence saying: "I'm going to stop you right there." For what it's worth, he was wrong about the point he was arguing. Ironically, my wife has a Law degree and did her best to clarify the request, but he refused to listen. She was upset, but did not want to leave a negative review. We were customers since your store opened and I don't enjoy leaving these types of reviews, but his behavior is not doing you or your customers any favors.

Cannot say enough good things about these guys. They are extremely helpful and kind. I will always go to them for any shipping needs. Helped me take care of shipping 5 boxes of 50lbs weights making it easier than I ever thought it could be, great people!
