5 stars for the quality of their goods and their unmatched customer service. I have shirts purchased 5 years ago that are worn and washed often. They don't shrink, hold their shape and the designs don't wear off. I worked retail management for 30+ years and I will say that when you have a sweet, conscientious, employee like Desiree who has a go-the-extra-mile attitude you do whatever you have to to hang on to them. This is a great business that's smart enough to hire a really good staff.

The designs at Birdie's are very nice although they have not changes in years. The problem is quality. Years ago I bought a t-shirt which quickly developed small holes after several washing. I decided to try them again thinking they might have improved. However, after a few cycles through the wash, the stitching around the neck became ragged. Save your money.

Sabrina was so helpful and printed to perfect custom t-shirts for us. It takes less than 10 minutes to get a custom shirt, awesome place!
