They had the phone charger we needed and N95 masks. The clerk was efficient and helpful. Store people were properly masked.

I found a printer on Amazon that I wanted but I decided I didn't want to wait the couple of days it would take to ship so I thought I'd support my local Staples here in Orleans. The website said they had it in stock so I went over to pick it up. Upon my arrival I was told they didn't have it in stock but they could order it for me..........I said.......I can order it, I came in cause your site said you had it, but I decided to let them go ahead and order one. Couple of days later I got an email that my printer had arrived, went down to the store, they had no record of it arriving but after several minutes of arguing they gave me one that they did have in stock ??? After 3 weeks printer stopped working, brought it in to Staples where I was told there is only a 2 week warrantee on "technology" Good bye Staples ! back to Amazon.

The person who was at the store with me made a passing comment about how one of the products felt like a rip off because of a price, a woman who did not have a name tag, but I over heard her name as Nancy, proceeded to tell us about how we should pay the price because of how convenient it was that we could buy the product right then and there. She proceeded to tell us how convenient it was and how we should buy it while making a passing comment about the purchase paying her salary. She was quite aggressive while doing this and I honestly don't think I'll be buying at this location again. On the other, positive hand, Joe, working as a cashier was very polite and made good conversation while we were checking out. I would have bought the product if Nancy's customer service was half of his.

They have a lot of nice things here including coffee coffee makers and cleaning supplies which I had know idea they carried these items. That's why I'm sharing this information

I had a print out from my phone that the RMV sent me that was done a couple days a go. I'm going today to have another print out done today. So far so good let's see what happens today.

A 45 minute wait for someone to even help me after asking 4 different associates to just help me get a tablet while I look around and see plenty of the grey shirted managers doing who knows what as they just wander around the floor. When I finally get help they make it seem like it's a huge hassle to just look to get me a tablet that they don't even end up having in stock. Horrible service all the way around.

Recently I visited Staples in Orleans to buy a paper shredder. I made my selection and brought it to the cashier. That's when I encountered Hayley ( the cashier ). I produced my " debit " card to pay for my purchase, swiped it, and asked if I could get cash back to avoid a trip to the bank,as I had many errands to run that day. Hayley refused my request by saying, " it " ran as a credit card. I thought no," it "didn't run as credit, "you" ran it as credit. I explained why I purposely paid with a debit card, her response was " it's too late, sign it ". I had not signed and completed my purchase but in Haley's mind, it was too late. Mind you, this was mid week in January on Cape Cod, not a Saturday in August when things can get heated. There was absolutely no one in line behind me waiting for service. Haley had decided she was going to do it her way and that was that. Customer service out the window. I decided to forgo my purchase and walked toward the door. As I did, I hear a very sarcastic "Have a nice daaaayyy ". Staples, as such a large corporation, I'm sure you must have training in customer service. Haley can use some of that. Bottom line, sale blown by Haley's horrible customer service.

On Christmas Eve, I was once again doing last-minute shopping for gifts. I had been collecting pictures for a custom calendar for my brother, and it was my last chance to get it in time before Christmas. I had until 2:00 to order it to get the same-day express calendar pickup deal. I got it done at around 2:01. Later that day I walked into this store not knowing if they would have made the calendar or not. I walked in nervously and asked the man at the print center if he had the calendar ready. He said he had it and even complimented me on it. I don't need to remember exactly what he said to know that he was surprisingly joyful - for someone who's working on Christmas Eve - and a big help. When I got back to the house the calendar was even better than I expected it to be; nothing wrong with it at all. My brother and I were both very happy with the way it turned out. I cannot thank this Staples store enough
